MA's are not allowed to say your full name or your birthday in public areas of offices!

I've been going there for years and when one of the doctors left things seem to just go downhill, not sure what the issues are, but I'm done they're out I've moved on. They didn't follow the doctor's prescription correctly and missed half of the MRI order for my face and neck, only performing the orbits scan. After realizing their mistake, they contacted me to apologize and assured me that they would correct it at their cost. However, they went ahead and charged me twice instead. To make matters worse, they didn't ensure prior authorization with my insurance before the MRI, causing the insurance to deny coverage. Their negligence and lack of communication have cost me significant time, money, and stress. I'm now fighting with both the clinic and insurance for what should have been a straightforward procedure. This place is only interested in squeezing money out of patients, regardless of health or wellbeing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Now they blocked me from adding anymore reviews at google. Definitely, I'll file a complaint through state medical board and every other agency that deals with this issue

I was running errands and decided to just stop in and make an appointment. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful! They explained that my type of imaging needed to be cleared by insurance and they had a specific wait time for that - which is probably why the website wouldn't let me make a next day appointment. When I came in for my appointment, I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was brought into the main MRI room. I came in for an ankle MRI, but I have other medical issues that warrant bi-annual brain MRIs. I'm used to a metal detector in front of the door and having to change completely. It was weird for me to have them take my word that I didn't have any metal on me so I didn't have to change and my purse was just casually put on a nearby counter top. So I wish they explained that more to me in the moment. The techs were super friendly and the process was over quickly. I highly recommend this location!

I have no idea why this facility has so many 1 star reviews. I've been twice and my wife has been…read morea number of times. No issues at all. I needed an MRI fast because of something scary. I set it up with another place, but there machine broke and they pushed me off further than I wanted. So I called Radiology Associates of Ridgewood because my wife has used them. Setting up the visit: The person on the phone was very business-like. Not warm, but who cares. She got me scheduled for the next day and then the office had another person get me on a call with my insurance company to change the prior authorization to this facility. Visit: Scheduled for 8:30am and told to be there at 7:45am. A pre-checked in the day before so when I got there they sat me in a waiting area and I was brought back before 8am. I got changed and prepped and was in the machine a little after 8am. Facility was clean and I haven't had an mri anywhere else, but it seemed to be up to date. Report: I received the report through their portal by 4pm same day. Second visit: So, after showing up this morning, I realized a prior mri I had was at this facility also. I had thought it was somewhere else. I didn't have any issues with that visit either.

I had a nice experience with all the staff I engaged with. Unfortunately, when they poked me for the contrast screening I was a pit groggy. I came home to realllly bad bruising. The attached pictures dont even do it justice-it was worse days prior to me taking them. This has never happened to me and it was alarming. I understand these things can happen. Since it was a first for me, I walked away not wanting to come back and feeling uncomfortable with the level of expertise this facility has overall.

She felt around my arm for a few minutes, poked me with the needle, missed, and proceeded to wiggle the needle around my arm until she hit a vein. She told me my vein is sideways which is why she couldn't find it. Really? My arms now bruised. She also measured my height. 59 inches. Told me I'm 4 foot 9. Uhhh...You can't do simple math either?
