The owner finally showed up and immediately started awkwardly conversing with everyone about how he kept trying to get the manicurist to sleep with him but she refused. I eventually made it to the manicure where the technician again rushed through and gave me the ugliest shellac job I've ever seen. I had nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours. I went back and just had him remove the whole situation, again for free. I will not be returning even though the place is very clean.
