Literally made unnecessary comments to me, and I had to tell him THREE times how bad my nails hurt when he was filing them down by the sides. I have about 5 cuts (3 on one hand and 2 on the other), He never apologized at that either. My nails burn so badly I'm literally thinking of going somewhere else to take them off and let my nails heal. I've never had my nails hurt THIS much after a service.

Found out at the it was the females husband. Ok I let that go. The lady doing my nails really seemed to not do the powder and asked me to switch. I told her I really need the solar because I am hard on my nails. We had them done Tuesday and my nails are not very good; they chipped, the underside looks horrible and you can feel the rough edges. Willingly paid and tiped but will never return. Mind you these nails we done on Tuesday and it is only Friday morning. P.S. The man who did her nails did an excellent 3D flower.

From what I can tell coming from California, this is a really nice salon that is kept really clean and organized. The manicurist rushed through my pedicure treatment and I could tell she was irritated and unhappy in her situation. The owner finally showed up and immediately started awkwardly conversing with everyone about how he kept trying to get the manicurist to sleep with him but she refused. I eventually made it to the manicure where the technician again rushed through and gave me the ugliest shellac job I've ever seen. I had nail polish all over the sides of my fingers and cuticles. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours. I went back and just had him remove the whole situation, again for free. I will not be returning even though the place is very clean.
