I checked out and met with various brokers/agents in Avalon and ended up contracting with this office because they seemed to be well organized, experienced, and came recommended by a local business executive. We needed someone to handle all the moving parts involved with selling real estate, even though we ended up identifying a buyer ourselves. This office helped prepare and explain all the agreements and stacks of required documents. They even arranged for some minor handyman work required. They stayed on top of the entire process, prompted us when we needed to do or sign something, and overall they did a good job smoothing out everything so the deal would go through. The only thing I might do differently next time is to not have the same office represent the buyer and the seller--but this time to make a long story short, it made sense. Their communication was good, clear, and concise whether by phone or emails. After everything was complete they provided us with a CD with all the transaction files (63 PDFs!) so our paper file cabinets won't get any more clogged up than they already are!
