We started with a the Brussel Sprouts that were served in a cast iron skillet, crispy and tender with a balsamic glaze and the Caesar's Salad which was so fresh and coated with the perfect amount of dressing. We ordered the garlic Focaccia with melted cheese served with the most delicious marinara sauce for dipping. Then we ordered the Vodka Pasta with Shrimp, 4 large shrimps in a creamy tomato vodka sauce and house made fresh pasta. For dessert we had the Cannoli, the best Cannoli I ever had! The shell was crispy the filling was light, sweet and just delicious! Courtney gifted us the Cannoli for our anniversary and the entire staff signed an anniversary card for us. They also have a full bar and my husband was pleased with the whiskey selections and their reasonable prices. What an amazing dinner that delighted all of our senses. However, when we received the photos from our session just 24 hours later, we were truly amazed. The images showcased us as the happiest and most beautiful family. We've lost complete control of them and are actually trying to control 3 children under the age of 5. They are losing their exhausted minds, while our photographer made miracles happen, capturing the essence of our time on the island. The photographer worked wonders, and it was evident that she dedicated hours to editing our photos. We left the beach that day feeling the onlookers rethinking any thoughts of having children but in contrast, our family appeared in the photos as if we were living our best day on the island, radiating joy and warmth. Going in know it's not cheap. Put it in your budget because it's something that you will have FOREVER. Remember that they are very good at what they do. I thought they were lost for good and we were pretty sad about that. We called Paniolo Greens and they had us do a lost and found report. When they responded we were totally floored-- not only were our items found and turned in, they turned in multiple items we didn't even realize we had left behind!! And for a shipping fee we were able to have them all sent back to us!! The sweet gal who deals with the lost and found is truly a gem-- so patient and thorough.
