I am pretty particular when it comes to the care of my dog if you get my drift. I brought my Albino Doberman Royal Pain here for boarding. From the moment I dropped him off to the moment I picked him I was at ease, comfortable and grateful that I made the choice to bring him here. He earns his name and is a lot of dog. The minute I stepped in with him Howard, Lesley, Sue and Max made me feel like he was at home. Dena was very helpful too. They didn't try to upsell me even when I tried to upsell myself into a suite. Howard took the time to walk around with me and make sure I was at ease. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They explained the fees and addons only if I liked (and yes I added a few pleasant nature walks... Royal Pain needs it). The big test upon getting home they passed with flying colors: no bad doggie kennel smell on Royal Pain. Thanks Woofmans. We will be back!

We had never used a kennel before, and were a little apprehensive due to our lack of experience. However, my daughter was very familiar with Sundance and highly recommended it. So, we decided to give it a try. I reached out and got a quick response. After confirming the dates I was looking for, they were clear in their communication with rates, what was needed (up to date Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella vaccines) and what was available (food, walks, playtime and medical administering). Dogs have their own "runs" with indoor and outdoor spaces and comforts from home are welcome (your own food, treats and toys). Morning and late afternoon hours are available for drop offs, which is very convenient. We added 3 walks a day and 3 playtime sessions. The outdoor time really helped our tripod acclimate to her new surroundings, even though she was a bit timid at first. The staff was very understanding of our initial concerns, and very reassuring. They took good care of her, making sure to keep an eye out and give us up dates. If you've never used a kennel before, Sundance is a great place to start. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, well kept grounds and immaculate kennels. I'm happy we found a kennel we can trust!

The first pair of dogs we boarded there have since passed on from old age. We knew when it was time to board our next set of pups, this was our place. However, we boarded them there the first time because of a death in the family that took us out of town. The owner was so flexible with our plans, given the circumstances and took them on short notice with LOTS of nervous new-puppy-mama instructions. Our rescue dog was rescued from a horrendous situation and is very wary of new people but, she worked with her to make her comfortable and made sure she felt loved in our absence. Again, we would never even CONSIDER using another boarding facility and whenever I'm asked to recommend a place for someone to leave their pets, this is the only name I give!

We had our dog at this place for about two weeks. The first…read moremeeting, after the first week, the owner was at the front desk sleeping. He told us our dog was untrainable and should be put down. That he has an explosive personality that would only get worse. [our dog is 9 and had only improved sense we rescued him] We were told that we baby the dog and that we are the reason our dog was the way he was. The owner basically gave zero direction towards the training itself. He was aloof and didn't want to know the relationship between owner and dog. The owner was informed of the triggers of the dog and still proceeded to place our dog in situations that would cause the dog nothing but stress. He also told us about the fact that he would NEVER rescue a dog because that was "Dealing with other people's problems". When picking up our dog we had noticed that our dog was covered in his urine and feces, leading me to believe that the owner and trainers left our dog in his own bowl movements because they couldn't get him outside. If you have to take your animal for training or anything Wellness related, I suggest looking somewhere else. Don't put your dog through stress with these trainers, they don't care about your animals. I would honestly give 0 stars if possible.

Even as an experienced dog owner, owning a bully breed like a Rottweiler can be challenging as each…read moredog is different in their personalities, quirks and training needs. I have taken both of my current Rottweilers here for obedience classes since they opened and had some one-on-one training with Dennis. That told me that she really took her job seriously. Her knowledge base and love of plants was obvious immediately, again making me feel really good about my choice to hire her for the job. Nicole also took care of my parents plants while we were away, and I can say that in both cases she went above and beyond for no additional charge, simply because she wanted everything to be happy and beautiful when we returned. I should add that her prices were very reasonable to begin with. She also communicated with us while we were away about how things were going, what she has been doing , any concerns she had regarding the plants" health, and interventions that she took to correct the problem. Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!!
