We love in California. Whenever we go to Utah and feel like the kids need to jump some energy off, we call these guys up. We've used them three times already. Every single time they've shown up, gave us a fair deal on things, get things set up and broken down in a timely manner. They're flexible when it comes to renting the bounce houses. 1/3 times we wanted to keep it an extra day. They double checked to make sure no one else had it reserved and they gave us a deal to keep it an extra day. They are a small family owned business. And they work really hard when setting up and breaking down. They come to the location a day before to make sure the area is okay for them to set up at. If it's not, they will tell us what needs to be done and fixed in order for them to set up. They are super friendly and very helpful with setting appointments and arranging time that works best for you and your family or parties. I recommend these guys for any party set up. read more

One star is required to review but that's even too much. To be perfectly honest with anyone reading, I've experienced bad service before but never leave reviews. I feel it's simply not worth the time. I try to only leave reviews when they're positive. Stay away from this place. I placed an order by phone with the woman who answers with a "hello" and not a business name greeting, abruptly cancelled my order four days before my event because according to her "You have been asking to add more thing every other day and something doesn't seem right to me." This after I asked about a generator and after she asked me if I ended up getting a tent. I tried to call her to apologize for any miscommunication but no answer of course, just a text saying "I can't rent you this time." I'll point out that I had initially called, placed the order and after not receiving an email or invoice, I decided to follow up and you guessed it, my order was never taken in the first place. We've used Angelitos multiple times. We've used them for personal events and also for neighborhood events and it's always been a super smooth and great experience. They are always so helpful and polite and really do a great job. They do all the set up and sandbag for you if you're on concrete. I called All-in-Fun because I was curious about their 30' Obstacle Course and Angelitos is 40". All-in-Fun wanted $185 for rental AND $100 EACH WAY to deliver and set up plus another $100 for sandbags. Angelitos is going to deliver and only charge $5 per sand bag and the price of the jumper was actually $20 dollars cheaper than what was on the website so it evened out and WITH SANDBAGS and DELIVERY I'm paying exactly what was on the web site. So if you've ever thought about renting someplace else, hands down, Angelito's is the best! read more

Love the price and love the product but they are very unprofessional. When you call they answer with hello and your not even sure you called the right spot then I reserved it for 8/10 @ 3:00 and they didn't show, called and they said they didn't finish the reservation! Then finally got it there at 6 and it was supposed to be picked up at 8 they didn't get there till super late like past 9. And after they set it up they didn't set it up right so the bounce house deflated on all the kids. Sorry never again and I wouldn't recommend.
