I've come here for fingerprinting for years (I work with children), and every time I've come, the gentleman that runs the facility has been an absolute delight. He's gregarious, extroverted, and an all-around hoot. He makes the time you're there fly by with his sharp wit and jovial banter. He also has some of the best food recommendations around town! I recently was referred to Allen at Angelman's for a pre-employment drug test and was beyond surprised by the great service I received. I came after scheduling an appointment (you must schedule appointments beforehand!) but ran into some technical difficulties with FormFox and was unable to undergo the drug test. Supposedly my test was expired online when it wasn't supposed to be. Allen tried his very best to contact HR and make something work for me. We were on the phone for about an hour, but was unfortunately unable to make it happen. After I took care of the problem on my side, I received a message at 8:30 PM saying that I had to get the drug test done within 24 hours. I immediately called up Angelman's and was greeted by Allen again. I told him my situation and he told me I could come over ASAP since he would be out of town the following morning. And then the worst thing happened. I realized that my wallet was lost! I needed my driver's license in order to proceed with the drug test. I called Allen again and he told me to still come through and that we'd try to work something out. Long story made short, he made it happen. i was flipping out like no other with the drug test deadline and lost wallet at 9 PM, but we ended up using my birth certificate and whatnot. Went to have livescan completed this week at Angelman's and it was a great experience! I was explained the whole process and knew what to expect the entire time. Also, I've had a livescan done once before where they kept retaking each finger because it wasn't done properly. Here, only one finger had to be redone- making for a much faster service! I would give a negative if I could . I'm not sure if the woman who is working there now but she gives wrong information on obtaining background checks for a job . Laid the fee and never got my record, ended up going to the UPS store and got it done with the 4 days. I called to ask the last og I could get a refund , that they must have sent it to the wrong place and she hung up on me, when I called back she would pick up and hang up the kept sending me to voice mail. I looked on yelp for a place that performed livescan and notary services. Angelman's was the first to pop up and I noticed they were open late - which was already a plus. I gave them a call to schedule an appointment, and they were able to get us in that evening. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone, which just made our experience that much better! We ended up running late to our appointment, and I gave them a call to let them know. They were very gracious and understanding, and waited for us. I got set up here to do a drug screen for a new job and to my surprise they gave me an appointment at 730 at night, which was great as it was outside of my work hours. I met Allan who is a great guy with and excellent attitude despite the late hour of the day.
