It was a dirty job completed by two technicians. During the job Zion had to leave the country on a scheduled trip but was always available to me for texts snd phone calls. This is impressive. When the technicians were taking apart the bathroom, they accidentally dropped the toilet, which cracked badly. They acknowledged the accident. When the job was complete, Zion took money off the bill to cover the cost. All in all, I thought they did a great job, acted ethically, and were available for my concerns.
