I've been going here for about a year and it's been the best general dentist experience I've had in my life! They came recommended by my friend when I was looking for a new dentist. They always make polite conversation and I don't know if they keep notes or something but they seem to remember each person and the details about them! They accept Delta Dental. Everyone is really nice! They're so tactful even if you haven't had the best oral hygiene practices. I fell off the dentist schedule during Covid and only recently got back... They did not shame me. Multiple text reminders for appointments. They book your next visit at the end of each appointment. So they make it easy for you to stay on top of your visits. The hygienist appointments book out pretty far. I learned so much from them about oral hygiene! I never knew there was a prescription extra fluoride toothpaste available. Or the proper technique for cleaning. Or that carbonated beverages are acidic and cause tooth decay and more cavities. The experience is actually very comfortable for a dentist office! They offer sunglasses so you're blinded by the bright lights. They also offer blankets if you're feeling cold. They have screens playing YouTube videos of relaxing scenes like beaches. read more

I am officially done with this office. I have been a loyal patient and have spent thousands of dollars on dental work here. I even had a future appointment already scheduled. Despite my history with them, the front desk chose to call me four times back-to-back while I was in the middle of handling a student crisis at work. They never left a voicemail; they just kept spamming my phone until I answered, thinking it was an emergency. The reason for the harassment? A balance of $3.20. What is most infuriating is that after the phone call, I had to be the one to request an email with a payment link, which they then sent. Why couldn't they have done that in the first place? Instead of a 30-second digital solution, they chose to disrupt my workday and ignore my boundaries. The receptionist was incredibly rude and showed zero situational awareness or respect for my time. To treat someone this way over literally less than five dollars is insulting. I have cancelled my upcoming appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this place if you value professional courtesy. read more

This dental clinic is by far the best if you live near the area! Everyone I've had the opportunity to encounter was very professional. The location was very clean and organized. All my appointments were scheduled in a timely manner, and was notified a week before, a day before, and a couple hours before. I never felt pressured to have any additional work done. the explanation of benefits, coverage, and advice given by the dental hygienists and dentist were very informative. Its unfortunate that I will be moving to another location. I will admit I don't like the dentist because it gives me fear and anxiety but he was very gentle and kept checking in. I would totally recommend a him as a dentist. They sent me an e-form to complete at home prior to my appointment, which was convenient and saved me time at the office. The front office team was also great at providing a detailed breakdown of what my appointment entailed, what the out-of-pocket costs would be, and what my insurance would cover. This transparency helped ensure there were no surprises after treatment. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer early 7:00 am appointments, which is perfect for me since normal business hours don't always work with my schedule. Though appointments can be booked far out--something that speaks to how many patients keep coming back--the front desk staff is very considerate and will keep you in mind for a sooner appointment if something opens up. I found this level of thoughtfulness really impressive. I also want to highlight Brenda, the dental hygienist. She is amazing--thorough, knowledgeable, and truly goes the extra mile. I had braces done at another office, but they left cement on my teeth after removing the braces. Despite two visits to my previous dentist, they never removed it. Brenda took her time during the cleaning, explained everything she was doing, gave me useful tips for better dental care, and, to my relief, finally removed the cement! Her attention to detail and care made a huge difference for me. Dr. Mehta, the dentist, is exactly what I expect in a dental professional--friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I came in for a crown, and when the permanent crown had a small defect, Dr. Mehta didn't just continue with the procedure. He apologized for the inconvenience and insisted on starting over to ensure the crown would be perfect and long-lasting.
