We had such a great experience there today. I'm from Florida and my cousin brought me here. We decided to get my aunty a last minute flower as she is recovering from surgery. Customer service was great. Our flowers were ready in 5-10 minutes so that was very convenient. The flower selections were wide, she said she was able to make whatever we wanted and the flowers were very fresh. Our flowers and a balloon were $50 which i think value wise was pretty good especially since it is a local business. read more

I received few bouquets for a surgery and a birthday. The one from Angelos is the only one that the roses actually opened as did the tulips and lilies. This is about the third or fourth delivery from them that this happened. I'm so happy read more

We live on the West coast and ordered flowers for a friend's memorial service from Angelo's. I guess they thought we wouldn't see them, but we did, and for $100 plus delivery, they looked like a $15 grocery store bouquet. That's what you get when you use this florist. Very disappointing. read more

So very disappointed with Angelo's. My boyfriend is out of state at the moment and ordered me a Valentines bouquet off their website. I sent him a pik of my flowers I received like I always do when I thank him for my flowers. He said, ummmm, that's not the bouquet I picked out for you. It looks completely different from what I picked on their website. The 1st pik is what he requested per their website. The 2nd pik is what I actually got. They were still pretty. But for the amount he paid and the bouquet he requested. 2 completely different bouquets. He called bullshiy that he didn't get what he ordered. They said oh, sorry, we do have to substitute sometimes, we ran out of flowers, we were super busy etc, etc. He said but I ordered a specific bouquet off your website, that's what I was expecting her to get. What I wanted to send. They said well, all we can do is take her bouquet back and credit your account. Ummmmm ?? Seriously. So you will take her Valentines gift from her and give me a credit???. That is unacceptable. They should have at least given a discount. The photo they show is 2x the size of what I got. Totally misleading. And like many other reviews the women was very curt and rude. I couldn't be anymore unhappy. The arrangement I ordered which is a "best seller!" looked NOTHING like the arrangement that got delivered to my mother. It was poorly put together with different flowers and a whole bunch of filler greens. When I called to ask for some sort of compensation or refund the unfriendly receptionist gave me attitude and said she would look into it and get back to me and never did. We ordered flowers for a valued employee's mother's wake, spending approximately $100 for the arrangement with delivery. We tried this florist as it was closer to the funeral home. What we received was a vase of flowers we could have purchased at the local grocery store - a third of the size of the pictured arrangement. We were embarrassed to say the least. When we contacted the florist, she told me the reason it was so small was that the flowers were higher quality. There were roses and lilies - nicer, but certainly not exotic. And there were maybe 12-14 flowers total in the arrangement. There was no apology, no attempt at customer service. She even admitted that when she looked at the arrangement, it looked much smaller than a typical sympathy arrangement. But her attitude was "oh well....". We won't be ordering from them in future. read more

I ordered flowers online in their website. I ordered the deluxe version(next step up vs as shown) they were delivered on time. The flowers look like the as shown picture rather than the deluxe version. The deluxe shows a couple Lilly like flowers which were not used in the bouquet. read more

Do not order flowers from here. I ordered flowers for a funeral from their website. The funeral was on 3/15/19 and I placed my order on 3/12/19. I got an email confirmation that my order had been placed on 3/12. I get a call on 3/15 from the owner Renee saying that she just received my order THIS IS AFTER THE FUNERAL STARTED. I asked her how did she not see the order even after I got an email confirmation. She states to me in a very rude way that she will send a plant to the funeral home. She never acknowledged the fact that it was her fault and never apologized for this mistake. I was so upset and had no other choice but to tell her to send the plant. This is not what I ordered my order was a beautiful floral arrangement. I then send her the email confirmation that I had received on the 12th with a note stating to her that I was so upset over this and was going to give her a bad review on Yelp. She called me and rudely told me that if I put a bad review on Yelp that she will have her DRIVER GO BACK TO THE FUNERAL HOME AND TAKE THE PLANT BACK. I couldn't believe that an owner of a florist would threaten a customer to do such a thing especially to a family who is in mourning. She was so extremely rude to me that I had to end my conversation with her and hang up. I have never experienced an owner who was so rude and unwilling to accept her mistakes. Not only did she fail to not apologize, but she never offered any type of compensation. I would never recommend Anglos Florist. read more

Received flowers on V-day from them, they were delivered, but I didn't get them until later on that day. My fiance got me a rose arrangement from them and a smaller floral one. I mean I was excited to just get flowers to be honest :) The large rose vase contained about a dozen mixed roses (different colors) with your typical white babys breath (ALOT of it). Beautiful, but not put together very well. The smaller arrangement was kind random. Some small roses with a large flower off to the side, a giant heap of green (not sure what it was) and then a few yellow (what looks like small roses) strewn about. Today that one is already falling apart. I don't pretend to know a lot about flowers, but I know a well done arrangement when I see one. Kudos to them for accommodating my fiance for V-day, as he ordered them that very day (I know this because he told me). And on a different day of the week, maybe it would have been different. I can imagine they must have been super busy! So I am taking that into consideration as well. The roses are really beautiful, and it's nice to not get the typical vase of a dozen reds. I am an orchid girl myself :) But anyways. I don't want to judge too harshly, but I am bummed the smaller bouquet is falling apart after only a day. read more

Do NOT I repeat do NOT get your wedding flowers here. I felt very confident with Susan up until I actually SAW my flowers and they were nothing like I wanted. I even gave her pictures to use as a guideline. We called to discuss with her once we received the flowers and she was very rude and told us to snip off the parts we didn't like, which my maid of honor had to do. I CAUTION you, the price may be good BUT you get what you pay for. As my husband says she overpromises and underdelivers. Don't do it, go somewhere else. I was EMBARRASSED by my centerpieces. Again i gave her a photo and even the venue manager commented on how sparse they were. Susan wanted to add this and that and all I wanted was a very simple centerpiece that ended up looking horrible. read more

I bought a sympathy arrangement here and it was just "okay." I went into the store and two of the people who worked there were wandering around in the back room swearing at eachother, which I actually found rather amusing. They didn't hear the bell ring on the door when I walked in, so I rang the bell on the counter. I told the woman that I wanted a sympathy arrangement "a little bigger" than the one in the cooler. She said that she could just "add some" to the one in the cooler, and since I wanted it to be delivered that day, I agreed. In retrospect, I should have told her that I wanted a new one made up so that it would be fresher, and also because the color scheme was pinky/purple, which was really too cheerful for the occasion. I saw the arrangement after it was delivered and not much had been added, and it didn't last for as long as I wished it had. On the plus side, they were able to deliver on the same day even though I went into the shop in the afternoon, which was nice. Prices were average. read more
