The driver from Southern Industrial (Its been a few months but I think it was Bubba) was incredibly kind to me, and drove literally all night to come get my car and get it back to San Angelo where home is and where i could get the car repaired. Four hours out, hook up the tow at 2am, four hours back! An eight hour tow is not cheap, but their per mile rate was reasonable. Car repairs ultimately took weeks, so I owe it to this company that i got home to see my family that day, and probably saved me hundreds in hotel costs and car repair costs. They went above and beyond, and they worked all night to get me home. Once my car was in town, they even looked at it for me and helped me find a good shop to fix it. Stellar service from this company. Really great.

He came out and got my car started in under 15 minutes which anyone who's ever needed a tow knows is insanely fast. Marcus was polite and professional and more importantly, he was courteous. But, that is not the end of our story. I had run a few errands and kept the car running for about a half hour to 45 minutes and stopped to grab a bite. That stop was the end of the road for my poor car and it would not start again. So again I went to my phone, called my roadside assistance number and 20 minutes later here came Marcus again. He got my car running and insisted he follows me to my dealership. It's that type of above and beyond customer service that encourages me to use them again.

We hotshot all through the United States and happened to have our 10 year old with us on one last trip before going back to school. My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty.
