Ohh Angelo's! Went in here with my wife and 2 year old grandson at about 8pm on Friday.. ( a lot of other restaurants in the area had long waits and we were already feeding the baby later than we should have been! ) my wife ordered the veal rollatini... it came out cold with RAW VEAL.. not undercooked.. RAW MEAT.. when my wife told the waitress.. her response .. and I quote was "Do you want me to wrap it up so you can finish cooking it when you get home" WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS THAT.. when I told my son about this experience ( he's a chef in NYC him and his wife are visiting and we're out with friends here ) he hit the roof! Serving Raw meat can result in the spread of bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli, and listeria. These bacteria can cause different types illnesses, which can cuss nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and even death in severe cases! He was worried his son came in contact with it most of all! When he said to me "well atleast you didn't pay for it" I told him the restaurant didn't even attempt to take it off the bill and had us pay for it.. in my younger days I would have fought tooth and nail but I was just so disgusted and hungry that we just went to McDonald's a few doors down for a better meal.. this place does not serve quality food.. nor do they care about their customers happiness health or their own product! Absolutely disgraceful.. will never ever ever step foot in there again... the owners apparently are related to Rossi's in New Port Richey and now it all makes sense... last time my son and daughter in law visited with their in laws .. Rossi's dropped the ball on a major way... unacceptable and gross... shame on you! read more

NY pizza!!! Stopped in for lunch with a friend and they did not disappoint. $8 lunch special Included 2 large one topping slices with a drink. I ordered one cheese and one meatball. The one piece had a huge bubble, which I love. The sauce, the cheese, the crust. I don't know where to begin. It was so good. I ate both slices and I don't regret it! I'm looking forward to trying their pastas! read more

Went to Angelos for dinner, recommended br friends from NY. Went in sat down too awhile for waitress to come over. Once she arrived she had an attitude. Ordered all at one time to get in over with. Brought bread no oil or spices Food came very mideorcre. When done got bill 8.50 extra to use credit card. Highly don't recommended this place. Food was mideorcre. read more

Not even close. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, deep dish meat lovers, and garlic cheese toast. Everyone in our group enjoyed the garlic bread, the rest was terrible. Pizza was all crust and no cheese. They don't know anything about Sicilian pizza I'm not sure what was going on with the mushrooms but I don't recommend this read more

My husband and I ate here last weekend. He is very particular about his food and he LOVED his squid and conch pasta dish. He told the waitress over and over how good it was. The only drawback, it was very warm. The air conditioning was either not working or set a the wrong temperature. The waitress, poor thing, was the only one working, someone had called in sick and she was sweating like crazy. She was still pleasant and very sweet. Good food won out over the draw backs. Recommend that you try it and see for yourself. read more

I went to this restaurant because it was top rated on my search for nearby restaurants as I was visiting the area. I walked out happy and full. I was greeted by a delightful waitress who was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the Soup of the day (Monday) and it happened to be Italian wedding. The soup was hot and flavorful, what kicked it up a notch was definitely the complimentary hot bread that was served with real butter. After the soup I decided to try a slice of pepperoni pizza and the Penne Vodka. Wow! Loads of flavor in the Penne Vodka just the way it should be. Thank you so much to the crew at this restaurant you guys are doing a phenomenal job. read more

I used to always stop in here when I was in the area. Yesterday I ordered a Neapolitan pie via Grub Hub, had to wait 45 minutes to pick it up, and when I got it home found it was a Sicilian pie! Was very disappointed. Never again. I'll stick with Joey's near my house...they always get it right. read more

The food was amazing! We drove by and decided to check it out. Simple yet classy. My husband had the Stromboli calzone. It was the perfect amount of thinner crust packed with meat and cheese! I enjoyed the house salad dressing and the grouper was in season and beyond amazing! I'm still licking my lips writing the review in the car. It was a lot of food for the price! I loved the onion, mushroom and garlic sauce. The grouper was cooked perfect and not fishy. We met the owners on the way out and they engaged with my little boy and just seemed like genuinely amazing people. You have our future business. We can't wait to try other items like the eggplant and pizza. read more

Seriously the best Italian food in Florida. One bite & I was in love. Staff is wonderful, friendly attentive & fun. Family business which makes it even better. #supportlocal Clean, cute restaurant, great for family's. I had the lasagna the first time I went & it was amazing. I could wait to go back to try the shrimp linguini fra diavolo. It did not disappoint, it was the best pasta I ever had. The authenticity is what sets this restaurant far above others. Coming from Long Island, I am a true pizza SNOB, to be honest the only things I have ordered has been pizza, which I have had numerous ways, the garlic knots are to die for, which brings me to the cannoli, just as good as Broncatos or the ones I would buy at the Italian bakeries in Manhattan. The staff, they go out of their way to bring you the best experience, I have been in Holiday for 3 years, and I feel damn lucky I found Angelo's when I 1st arrived, a little comfort food can make a difference! read more

I ordered a Neapolitan pizza and Greek salad for dinner. The pizza was so delicious! Nice thin, but chewy crust. The Greek salad surprised me, the dressing was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it. I'll be coming here again on my next trip to FL. read more

I must have driven by this place daily for the last 7 years. Tonight, after the gym the beau and I decided that we should grab some grub and I decided that Angelo's pizza would be where we'd get our food. Walking in, it wasn't busy, but it sure smelled delicious. The eatery was sporting 3 different families eating, including the kids of one of the cooks, and boy!They were cute. We were able to sit where we wanted, and our waitress was there in a flash to take our drink orders. I ran to the rest room (It was clean and even had a few current ladies magazines.)while the beau placed our order for a Mozzarella Caprese salad, and Chicken Parmagana, with a salad. The Caprese was delightful, the Chicken Parmigana was great! The order was large enough to split between the two of us, with it's side of linguini. We left happily full. read more

From there, things only went downhill. There was no coordination of our meals, they forgot to bring the salads we had arranged for, drink orders were missed, and then we were told they had run out of steaks. For a planned group reservation, the service felt disorganized and chaotic. Overall, it was a complete mess, and I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups or for anyone counting on their reservation being honored.
