what a fun evening! I haven't played Bingo since forever! so glad I had the opportunity to make…read morethis event. thank you so much Katie B. and Nitar. what a treat! my daughter and +1, Aime J. and I each received a food voucher for 3 Frida tacos and a swag bag. it's so exciting to get your bag and check out all the goodies. samples from Sugarfina AND a gift card too! coincidentally, I had been eyed those champagne gummy bears and martini olives when I peaked into the store a week ago. the bag also contained a 15% meal discount card to Katsuya, Amici and a handful other restaurants (for M-F dining) and 3 hour free valet. additionally, we got a suave Americana visor, water bottle and bingo accessories. the TACOS were filling and delicious. i had an CARNITAS, MOLE AND ASADA. toppings were fresh - cilantro, onions and pickled/spiced onions and carrots, and salsas tasty, one green and a hot red. rice, beans and chips were an extra nominal charge. popcorn and water were $1 each. sangria and margaritas were $6. it was a delicious and inexpensive evening, with tons of fun! BiNGO was a thrill, even though we didn't end up winning any prizes. the presenters were funny and quirky and kept us on our toes. prizes included Betty White DVDs!!!...LOL... a Deluca basket, gift cards from Nordstrom and other stores, other baskets with goodies and a date night dinner with paid valet. playing bingo would be a really fun outing for the rest of my family, and the setting on the grass is cool and relaxed on these summer nights. overall, this was a fun event to go to. the only part i didn't enjoy so much was the very long wait for food. perhaps this can be alleviated by two separate food lines and extra staff to take orders and handle money. but the Americana made up for this by being so generous in the end. they brought out tons of pizza to make sure no one went home hungry. additionally, Yelp Elites had a separate shorter line for entrance into the event. at least i only had one long wait, so i am not complaining!!! in its entirety, the event put a big smile on my face and took the edge off mid-week stress.

My oh my! I been wanting to attend for the longest time, for the past 2 years, I would always see…read moretheir registration AFTER the event is full. I was so glad, I caught their event just in time. I arrived a little bit late, but I was still able to find a seat with the wonderful associates' assistance and eat my delicious tacos. It was $15 per person and you get to pick a meal, the bf and I each got the taco meal, it comes with 3 tacos. When you arrive to pick up your tacos, to the side, they have a wide selection of toppings and sauce. Additional Info: Registration - email, and promo generally goes out about 1.5 month from when the event is about to start. You can sub to The Americana email and you will get notices when the event is available. Fee: when you buy your ticket online, there is an additional fee for processing, just a few bucks per ticket. I plan on coming back annually it was really fun, the bingo callers were funny and silly. They would poke fun at each other and some of their guests. It's was such a chill bingo event. The bingo games go really quick tho, it was 13 games within 1.5 hour. Parking - unsure, I parked at Glendale Galleria and walked across.

All stars are for the staff. Everyone that I encountered was courteous and helpful…read more Denise at guest services was so sweet and patient. I had to get a new player's card but my friend was a first timer. Kudos to Yaamava for having a Vet card. Denise explained all the benefits and perks. It is really nice to see businesses honor our amazing vets. The missing star...bring back valet! Or at least offer valet to ADA. My vet friend has mobility issues. I was able to drop her off at the front. Going back to the garage we had to walk to the shuttle pick up. It was very hard on my friend. Yaamava really does a great job servicing our vets. I did see veteran parking in the garage too. Please open up valet for veterans too.

It's just weird here, it's hard to explain. Initially you're presented with what looks like from…read morethe outside a fairly large and classy casino resort, but if you make a few visits here you'll start to see all the issues. 1st. They require reservations for their steakhouse, buffet, and cafe. However, my guess is they lock the system to only offer around 40-50% restaurant capacity to normal guests and keep the remainder internal for special guests. Because any time i've tried to make a reservation at the steakhouse even 2 weeks in advance all I see is no availability. I'll also let you know that their staff has absolutely no concept of how gamblers are. I was there to use a food offer at the steakhouse on an entirely random night, prior to my knowledge of them requiring reservations. The hostess told me they couldn't seat me since I didn't have one. Mind you, the steakhouse was STONE COLD EMPTY. One guest eating at the bar, I arrogantly walked to the back just to check because i'm an A hole but hey, at least i found out. She explained guests have reservations for the time i wanted to eat and they have to wait for those reservations to lapse for the no shows. Does she really not understand that gamblers will make reservations, lose their money and leave and not stay for an expensive dinner? Is that concept lost on her? So i actually have to sit here for 2 hours and stare at an empty restaurant until the moron hostess tells me I can go in and eat? OBVIOUSLY, I walked out. 2nd. I think people need to be a little observant of their tribes costs, not only have they spent hundreds of millions updating and renovating this place, as well as building a hotel, but they also took a massive risk buying the palms in vegas. Which currently i'm going to figure is losing them money. The reason I mention all this is because it shows they have gotten desperate with their offers and comps. Someone can lose 10's of thousands here and receive garbage 50$ food offers that are only available monday-thursday. And only very special people get their food offers to include weekends because those special people dumped 100k$+ Also, Prior trip gambling has been entirely nullified in their system. I can go here and lose 5,000$ then come back a week later and come in and talk to a host and ask for a food comp and they'll tell me I need to gamble more because they don't show me having any recent play. ??? One night i finally managed to squeeze a comp out of them. It was a lousy 150$ in free play from some clown named Alejandra. Let me tell you something, it took weeks just to even get ahold of her. The hosts LOVE to pull the ole "only your casino host can do that you'll need to speak with her". It took literally weeks to do that, left multiple "messages" never heard a thing back until one day out of the blue she finally calls me. But yes, for the thousands I sunk, I got offered 150$ in slot play which converted to 23$. Whew!!! exciting!!! 3rd. The offers, which are obviously shrunk down to the lowest they can possibly go, are pathetic, constantly split up across multiple days a week and/or certain hours, they never align and you'd have to be someone that comes in here 9 times a week to use them all. Great for a city local, useless for any single person that lives far from them. Like im gunna burn 50$ in gas to get a 100$ free slot play offer to win 8$ from???? The math aint mathing. 4th. It's genuinely hard to understand this one, but literally nobody wins at their table games. Walking around you can just slowly pace the place and observe people playing at their tables. Not a single person is ever winning. It's incredibly uncommon. Maybe 1/100 actually are. I've never played blackjack here and won. It's 8-9/10 hands losing no matter what. They have a side bet that revolved entirely around hitting a 20. I stood there for a good 10 minutes and watched a full table play 6 deck blackjack and everyone was betting the side bet and not a single person was hitting it. How is that even possible, its 6 deck. The only person that got 20 was the dealer. 20 is a fairly common hand in 6 deck... Lastly, Their slots are absolute garbage. They turned these things way off. You can tell they're in "make back the money we spent mode". Because my god you put money into them and you will get absolutely rinsed. The ONLY people that are allowed to get a bonus on their machines are the ones betting 88 cents. I tried all over the place both upstairs and down. 3-8$ bets. Nothing, not a single bonus, almost not even any line hits. Just pure bankroll bleed. Meanwhile the idiot next to me gets a Mo mummy triple pop on 80 cents to win 23$. What they do is they have their machines set to watch for specific bets. Any time there's a higher bet placed, the RTP is disabled and the machine pulls. Any time a lower bet is placed the RTP is turned on and the machine pushes the RTP out to the player and awards a bonus or even a few. I'm sorry but just no...
