They changed his Social Security payee without proper justification and repeatedly told him his family was behind on rent, using threats of eviction to manipulate him. After the payee change, they reported him missing to the Sheriff's Department, but months later, I learned from the coroner that he had been admitted to the ER with respiratory failure and unfortunately passed away. Shockingly, the facility did not inform the authorities or the family that he had been found and continued collecting his Social Security payments. To make matters worse, a few weeks after his passing, I received a court summons because the facility was trying to sue me for back rent. I brought all my receipts to court, but the owner pretended not to speak English and dropped the case. It was clear they were exploiting his condition to benefit financially. Even more concerning, the Sheriff's Department reached out to us because they had not been informed about the client's situation. The owner then attempted to close the client's bank account, falsely claiming to be the successor to any remaining funds, which could potentially cover funeral costs. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to proceed with caution. Their actions show a troubling lack of care for vulnerable individuals and their families. Toured this while trying to find a place for father. It is a very nice, relatively small facility,…read moreas these places go. Cozy inside, but with wide halls and plenty of common areas. Lots of activities, and chances to get out into the community. The food smelled great as I walked by, and residents seemed happy with it, and with living there. Room sizes vary, and levels of care are adjusted to what you need. Therapy is available, and there are nurses always there. The rooms are nice and homey. The caregiver are very considerate and nice to the patients. My father used to live in different facility but they didn't treat him very nice. My father was so happy that we found Angela's facility. He likes to have conversations with the caregivers and manager. My father felt very comfortable living here and he says it feels like a home. He also says the girls are the sun shine of his day. My father is 95 years old and his health is getting better since he has live in Angela's Care Home. The manager takes a picture of my father and sends it to me every other day, to see my father in the sun light Brightens my day. Sometime the manager teaches my father do some exercises. I feel no worry's and my life has become lot easier, now I feel more comfortable and I can travel and go everywhere, because I have someone taking good care of my father. I appreciate what this facility has given Me and My Father. Angela's Care Home does great job and I strongly recommend Angela's for you family's needs.

Dads body became so weak, to the point, he could no longer do his everyday routines; grocery shopping, his loved gardening, running up and down the stairs with his dogs and so many other chores, we the healthy, take for granted. Our family rallied together, helping where and when they could with meals, housecleaning, the gardening... but it soon became overwhelming for all of us, while still working full time jobs. It became apparent mom and dad needed more help than we, the family, could provide. I came across "Moulden Cares" flyer at the optometrist office and thought I would give them a call. I called the next day, Monique and Shirley were at the house within days to give us an estimate for housecleaning services. The added bonus for us was, they provide multiple services, personal caregiving, lawn services, handyman work, meal prep, doctor appointment transportation, they even offer Veteran Assistance resources. So far, we've utilized the VA resource and housecleaning, which has been great. The girls are respectful, always checking their checklist before beginning and after, making sure everything is to our satisfaction. We are considering other services very soon. The daily chores for us, the family, can still be a bit overwhelming, so I'm sure we'll be calling on "Moulden Cares" for more help very soon... Thank you for helping our family out Monique...

I initially reached out to the company for their lawn services and bi-weekly home cleaning services. When I called the company it sounded as if it was a legitimate business with a calling center or at least an office of individuals that could assist you. After my interaction with Monique, it was clear that it was only her on a voice recording for her cell phone. When her and her husband visited my home, they gave me a quote for the services they would provide and the cost. Upon arrival for the first visit, she brought what looked like teenagers to do the work. I just assumed it could have been a family business and continued to let them clean until I noticed that they left every door open in my house while I was upstairs with one girl showing her what I wanted to be done. This allowed our dog the opportunity to run away and it took over 30 minutes for me to find him is I wondered the streets in search of him. Luckily, a few of my neighbors were kind enough to help and at no time did Monique apologize or ensure this wouldn't happen in the future. Although I experienced all of these issues (and I had prepaid for both the lawn and house services for two weeks), I allowed them the opportunity to continue to provide services. Monique would return my text that I sent during office hours after 10pm which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I asked for emails, copies of forms and other documents that were never sent which clearly displays an extreme level of incompetence and completely unorganized. Monique could never arrive at the scheduled time, the lawn person changed the days they would come without my knowledge and they advertised a marketing scheme that I completed and they never honored their commitment. It frightens me that this company was allowed in my home and they may be in the home as others. Moreover, I am petrified that they identify themselves as a "General companion care, medication reminders... errands, organization (bill paying, mail sorting)..." company when they are not. My husband and I work extremely hard for everything we have and to think that I trusted them into my home and they tried to extort money out of us. Please beware and keep your family safe. I do have email correspondences available as well as additional text messages for anyone who may also be a victim to the wrongdoings of this company or may want to see how they do business.

I recovered at Redlands Healthcare skilled nursing facility, after an accident that crippled both…read morelegs due two large-bone fractures, needing rods and pins, and an ankle dislocation that needed a plate implant. The other leg, a knee needed reconstruction. I could barely put weight a little on one leg when I got there. The Physical Therapy section of the care was excellent. Even when I could barely move the legs they had me getting my blood circulating with stretch bands in bed and lifts. I felt so inspired to heal. We worked so well together, my team who helped with all kinds of care, from clean ups, bathing, the meal plan, the medications and even some fun activities such as painting, word games, number games and searches. There were special events such as ethnic music and dance, an ice cream social, and birthday celebrations. Staff people, nurses and assistents were cheerful and helpful. Administration: top notch. I considered staying longer, but the care was so efficient at getting me back on my feet again that I got to leave two months early! I even went back to visit some of my friends-- both patients and staff, and felt welcome and almost like home! No wonder this place is always full to capacity with people lined up to get in! Thank you to every person who contributed to such a speedy recovery! They made sure that I got home safely, as well. 10/10 I highly recommend this facility!

Dr enables this behavior and patients suffer in the end. My loved one is a long time patient and was never treated right the whole time. Every call and conversation with staff is a battle and the Dr may just need to retire due to his inability to fix apparent problems that could've been avoided with actual work ethic and not hypocritical inefficiency.
