It was the owner of the company that canceled it. It was his name on the email. I do not recommend this company. They obviously don't care about people that need help. They don't even feel you need an explanation as to why they canceled this company deserves every bad review that they receive.

Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. While I have already engaged another in-home care service, it's clear to me that Oasis cares about their reputation and client experience.
