AWEFUL!! False advertising!! I paid extra for the premium and got a way smaller set of flowers than the standard size.. Whoever works there may actually be Retar**d because i added in the special instructions if they could add a not saying "I love you" and this was literally the note they hand wrote. I wish i could give less than a one star review and im going to go into the store as soon as i am back in town.... EMBARRASSING... they also don't answer there phone so i can imagine their customer service is as terrible as their product..

Stay away from this place! My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine's day to be delivered during the day (surprise kind of thing). They delivered it in the evening, a half hour before he came home from work. Whaaaaa? But that wasn't even a problem. When he walked into the kitchen, he was like - that's it??? (Pointing at flowers) He then showed me what it was supposed to look like and man those people are just out of their mind charging such prices for what they actually deliver. I mean - come on!!! Ralph's has better bouquets to offer! Check out the pictures, get shocked, and never buy from this place ever!

Horrible customer service they extra charged my card twice and they sent out some dead flowers not even close to what was ordered on Mother's Day at that the lady keep hanging up in my face zero customer service skills they need to be shut down These are nowhere near what I ordered and they had the nerve to charge me $70 and once driver picked them up they charged my card additional money they are wrong and they are scamming nobody order from them they are rude hanging up in my face as well !!! read more

I wish I could give this place a lower rating, one star is too good for them. I ordered my wife a premium bouquet with roses for her birthday, and they never showed up. I tried 4 times to get someone on the phone, and sent 2 emails only to be met with radio silence. It's probably best the flowers never showed up, judging by the other reviews. Unless you enjoy disputing credit card charges with your bank, save your time and go somewhere reputable. read more

Tried to order flowers online for a local delivery, and noticed that they're charging way more sales tax than the current CA rate. You can NOT charge more tax than what is legally allowed. This can indeed lead to criminal charges. Not to mention I noticed the reviews weren't great. I think I made the right decision going elsewhere. read more

Terrible service. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday the day before and apparently they had a problem with my credit card. They let me know at 11 am, I didn't see the message until 2 pm. I tried calling the business and nobody was picking up. I sent them an email, and they wrote back saying they closed the store early and were no longer able to deliver the flowers until Monday (her birthday was on a Saturday). They didn't even apologize, such a terrible experience, I would never order from them again. read more

Most embarrassing sized flower arrangement for the price I paid. Mother's Day flowers. There's no way my mom felt special receiving THOSE flowers. Smallest arrangement I've ever seen. I went to garden of kisses on burbank blvd right after and got her a real bouquet. It was less expensive and quadruple the size. Fresher looking flowers and beautifully put together. What a sad sad choice. Don't waste your money on this place. So humiliating. read more

I ordered birthday flowers two days in advance received a confirmation email from the florist and the flowers were never delivered. I spoke to the manager and she was unapologetic and wanted to charge me for the flowers after I had already paid for them when I ordered them. Absolutely deplorable Customerservice. read more

I received a Christmas centerpiece that a friend sent me from 1800FLOWERS. Unfortunately, they chose this place to create it. First of all it didn't look anything like the picture of the product on the 1800FLOWERS website. This place used red carnations (yes, carnations in 2021) and three red roses and 2 of some kind of 1970's big giant white spiked flowers and crappy looking evergreens with two crooked red tapered candles in the middle with blue and white cartoon snowman ribbon throughout the bouquet. It was ugly and outdated. It looked like something from the 1970's that your grandma would have on her console television at Christmastime. The whole thing was sprayed with that fake snow spray. Even all the flowers AND the red candles. Why on Earth would you spray red roses and red carnations and red candles and evergreens with white fake snow? It made everything look like plastic. I had to throw it away within hours of receiving it because it was so ugly and had to lie to my friend and tell her that it was beautiful. VERY disappointing and a waste of my friend's kindness and money. I'd post a photo but I got rid of it so soon that I don't have one. This is NOT a business with any passion for flowers, that is clear. read more

I would never recommend this florist. I ordered 20 arrangements to be delivered early in the am for a conference and they were 2 hrs late. I spoke with the owner the day before to confirm my order and gave her my cell if they encountered any problems. I tried calling to find out where they were cuz they were so late and it went to voicemail each time. To top that off, they only delivered 10 arrangements with no apologies. This has been the worst service ever. The owner even said she never spoke with me and we did not order 20 arrangements which were paid for in advance. Do not use this florist! read more

Who ever the woman who answers the phone is, ZERO customer service skills. Her excuse is that they are a small flower shop and FTD's mistake is not their responsibility, when I became upset, and raised my voice because she continuously interrupted me, her response was im not your relative for you to yell at. I HAVE NEVER written a negative review but this was unacceptable. Especially from a small business. Here's a tip, if a customer is upset with the situation, LISTEN to them. Thanks so much for ruining my birthday, leaving me and the sender angry and upset. And for taking the flowers back, when this was NOT my fault. read more

WARNING, the flower arrangement you see on their website is NOT what you will get. I paid a lot of money for an arrangement and when I went to pick it up it was horrid looking. I asked him to fix it and he did a terrible job. I took it with me hoping I could fix it myself but I had to throw out a lot of flowers the next day because they were dead. I left him a message but he didn't return my call. I know it won't do any good to talk to him after reading the other reviews. I truly don't know how they stay in business. read more

Not only did they not deliver anything. No one called to tel me that they could not fulfill my order. When I called Lilia at 8:30 on Valentine's Day, she had the audacity to complain about the long hours she had worked and that she did not have time to fulfill my order. Out of all the arrangements at the funeral, the arrangement Aly's made was the only one that had long stem roses. Before burying my grandfather, everyone was able to take a long stem rose from the arrangement and place it on the coffin. Everyone had an opportunity to participate, and everyone truly appreciated it. We felt so happy that this particular arrangement was the only one that served an extra purpose and held so much meaning for our family and friends. This is what made us come back this year and use Alys. It was not only a stunning arrangement, but it served as a memory for us all.

I was so surprised and he made my Mother's Day feel very nice and special. This is NOT the first time that he has done this. First time from this La Fleurel flower shop. They have street parking and the value of each flower/arrangement is different. Prices vary. I highly recommend this florist to anyone who wants to buy something for themselves or for their loved ones. I recently ordered Teleflora's Radiant Crimson Bouquet (standard size) from Angel's Sherman Oaks Flowers through DoorDash. The base price was $44.99, but after taxes and fees, it came to $56.87. However, I was surprised to find an additional charge of $11.95 from the flower shop *after* my order was being processed, without any prior notification or explanation. To make matters worse, the bouquet that arrived looked nothing like the advertised "Radiant Crimson Bouquet." It was a disappointing deviation from the product I expected. When I contacted the shop to inquire about the extra $11.95 charge, the employee I spoke with couldn't provide a clear or satisfactory answer.
