The only good thing was we got to where we wanted to go. They asked how many people and we said 3 adults. They showed up in a run down Toyota Corolla and said there was to much junk in the front seat and we all had to sit in the back. I was the fool for way over-paying. We made the mistake of not renting a car during our stay in Gatlinburg , when we left our resort these guys were one of 3 recommended services to use since Uber/ Lyft are basically non existent out here. We got lucky & were able to get a car, wait time was about 25-30 minutes not too bad considering they were the only ones available, we were heading to our Cabin rental. During our stay we really relied on Angles taxi to get around , easy to set up pick times by texting your driver & providing your info, location & time. Angel & Cathy were our drivers the ladies were super nice & friendly. Our prices varied from $25-155 the highest being our way back to the airport, this was a long ride about 2 hours. I got picked up by this old women driving a trashed out van that is supposed to be a "taxi".It just went more downhill from there.Her driving was wreckless and it quickly became obvious to me that this person shouldn't be driving at all!She then rambled on about various topics and made several offensive racial comments, did she not notice I am biracial myself?! Angels taxi service was reliable during my visit to Gatlinburg, TN. I found them online and they were one of the only reliable taxi services in the Gatlinburg area. I also called them to take me from Margaritasville hotel to a chalet we rented. I also used them from the Mount Laurel chalet to the Gatlinburg airport. Angel was very kind and accommodating. You will have to plan ahead of time and they will give you a timeframe for pickup. I highly recommend renting a car for the town of Gatlinburg, but I also highly recommend using their service. read more

We were on our family vacation when our vehicle broke down on us. I called Angel's and they answered immediately. She then advised to text her since I needed two different rides two different days. Both of our rides were great and both women had gave us a name of a traveling mechanic to help us with our vehicle. If needed I would most definitely use Angel's Taxi Service again. read more

Got screwed by Hertz at the airport and had to uber ($65) to pidgeon forge then try and get back to the airport the next day. Couldnt get an uber so I called Angels taxi. Shouldve asked for a price up front, but when I had spoken to someone at the airport they said prices were similar. Driver was nice but seemed to be negotiating price with dispatch during the ride. Charged me $125!?!? Twice what the uber cost. I feel like I was taken advantage of in a tight situation and by fellow women as this business is supposedly female owned.
