Their amiability, professionalism, effort and not being afraid to show their great smile when it's due to customers like me--makes me feel like if they were the technicians that treated me personally because they make me feel welcomed. My wife received several laser treatments which were fine, but we were willfully mischarged five…read moretimes, and then the business tried to cover it up rather than making amends. We were sad that a place with so many 5-star reviews misled us with the charges, treated us poorly when we tried to resolve, and broke state law in the process. As you can see from the picture of the receipts, the total cost for a given treatment was $377.50. However, the actual charge to us was $392.41. The receipt sent to us didn't even mention the service charge, as you can see - only the credit card printout hinted that we were paying more than shown. The reason for the 3.95% surcharge/service fee? They "don't want to raise prices:, therefore they now pass along any credit card fees (or even debit cards) - which is a sneaky way to do a price increase. They say they disclose all this to customers, that we could have paid cash or check...however we were never informed of this. Note that this "policy" is not in writing anywhere, nor is it displayed at the cashier. So we have paid $14.91 extra every appointment, when we could have wrote checks instead. We called and talked to the owner Cathy to try to resolve, and I expected we would receive an apology, perhaps even a refund for the service charges. Instead, she was rude, insisted my wife just can't hear properly, and then hung up on us! Very disappointing that a place with otherwise good service could be dishonest like this. She broke down the costs of treatments, the way laser works and the importance of hair cycles and how it can affect the results. She was very honest and looks out what's best for you. Reka is amazing! Currently coming here for laser hair removal treatments and a mole removal. After…read morethe first treatment, I could already see the difference of less and much finer hair coming in. The appointment is super quick and gets less painful with each treatment. If you can only get one area lasered, do your underarms! I used to be self conscious of my underarms because of the dark spots that were there even after I shaved and now they are completely gone. I was a little skeptical about getting my mole removed since it was above my eyebrow but in a couple months you won't even be able to tell it was there! Since it scabs up immediately after the treatment you have to be patient and let it heal on it's own. Reka is fantastic and let's you ask a million questions and has a ton of great suggestions for other products to help with your skin. I also got a facial here which felt wonderful and I left feeling beautiful!

The service providers are wonderful, but they continually get turned over due to poor management; demonstrated by management's lack of care and professionalism. I was called to reschedule my appointment 4 times due to their disorganization. When I arrived for my appointment which was finally confirmed, I was told my service provider had been let go without notice, and I was expected to start over with a new one. After not being given what I agreed to and paid for, they refused to offer any compensation for the numerous mistakes they have made. I have difficulty giving money to a company who doesn't value its employees or its clients as much as their bottom line!

I saw their nurse practitioner Wendy Alvarez and she was a delight. She was extremely professional and prompt with my diagnosis which was so reassuring.
