Let me start off by saying I was disappointed in the customer service provided from this place. I tried to set up a surprise massage for my wife for our 10th anniversary and it went terribly wrong. It did not go according to plan as the receptionist (black girl) assured me that my wife wouldn't find out about the massage after her asking me for my wife's contact information. I stated "why do you need her information?, I want it to be a surprise"... Within 30 min of me booking, my wife was notified smh. I then called to see what happened ...she was apologetic it seemed but honestly felt she didn't know what she was doing or knew the systems they have in place. She stated that they would give us a free enhancement for the massage and charge us only $120 for our first visit...I show up anyway with my wife to the massage she now knows she was receiving, and the vibe was just off when we arrived. Not only did they try to charge us $160 (full price for it), she didn't even let her manager know of the mishap that happened earlier regarding the email sent to my wife and what the charges would be because of it. I also felt she was smiling and being condescending as we were in the waiting room..just not a good vibe at all. Before it was time to pay and go over the charges, she left the establishment and left the manager wondering what I was talking about. I came here to get a lil escape for much needed relaxation. The ambiance is nicely minimalistic in tranquil meditative colors. The private rooms are divided by long curtains, the temperature (nice and cozy) and lighting in the room (dimly lit) are exactly the settings I needed to be able to relax, and the sound of the waves add to the lil private oasis . Service at the counter was pleasant and helped me get checked in quickly. The gentleman who did my massage did great.
