I guess you guys hire anyone with a pulse to serve at this joint! I came in to have a nice family dinner and my server ruined that. This server was a disgrace it took 30 minutes to get our order taken. 25 minutes after we get our order taken the server comes back to tell us we are out of stuffed chicken...... She took my coke to get me a refill and never brought my cup back. This restaurant is piss poor just like the staff! I would highly recommend dining at this place if you have nowhere to be and like waiting for over an hour for mediocre food. Never again! The worst customer service I have seen in a while. And what the hell is going on in the kitchen?? Do you make one dish at a time? App and sandwiches come out at the same time - 40 mins later!!! When asked how lunch was, we replied "just ok", and she, I think it's the grandmother, didn't care one bit why it was "just ok". Also told her the photos were getting out of hand and she called us ignorant. Way to show customer service. The food is pretty good, the atmosphere is a bit lacking, but the dessert makes up for everything! If you are a chocolate and caramel lover (like I am) then you have to try their Carmelo cheesecake. To die for!! read more

My family and I had owner Phyllis Olin help us plan for a bereavement luncheon following our mother's funeral. We could not have been more pleased by the menu, the seating for 40+ guests and the terrific service. Additionally, their pastry chef daughter make the dessert that was perfection. I ordered take out and the Chicken dinner didn't have any chicken, just peppers & onions. I tried them a second time and mentioned the issue with the last order. The woman who waited on me , who said she & her husband run the restaurant was very rude. Saying that couldn't happen. She kept saying are you sure there wasn't chicken. While I like some of their meals more than others, as of yet, I have never had anything I didn't like. Including dessert! But, there are occasional staff and wait time issues. At times we are ignored a while after being seated. One time I called in a pick up order and was told 30 minute wait. No problem there as it was a busy day and worth it. But once I arrived, was stuck waiting another 20 minutes, standing around by the cash register as others came and went. I heard the staff tell the kitchen several times that I was waiting but for some reason they couldn't get their @#$* together that night. My boyfriend, waiting in the car, finally came I'm to see what was going on and I was highly irritated myself. Would have appreciated a discount or some cheesecake (wink wink). I feel that if you come "off hours" things are great but when they get heavy, things sorta go to crap. Problem is, the place isn't that big. But I don't care. I love this place. Food-wise. read more

I have come here several times, a few times with friends and a lot with my family and the food is always delicious and the service is always great. I was really surprised to read all of the other reviews on here stating service and food was slow and that people there were rude. First of all, you get a TON of food as their portions are generous, so I think the pace of this place is fitting, who wants to have to rush to eat their food? I was at this restaurant over a week ago. I ordered the chicken francaise, small order. Well it was small alright, three tiny pieces of chicken with a small ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes. The sauce on the chicken had way too much lemon and my apple sauce was polluted with cinnamon, I returned it. Their desserts are way over priced. On the way home after a long road trip last night we were looking for a pasta place and decided to give this restaurant another try. BIG mistake, the sauce was terrible, too tangy (sour), very surprising for a restaurant with Italian owners. Long wait for our meal. On the flip side the waitresses were nice. Angenetta's catered our daughter's graduation party this month. I can't go on enough about how wonderful this establishment is! This was our first time planning a graduation party, and Phylis was so friendly and helpful. She sat with us, and took as much time as we needed to answer all our questions, and gave us advice on what needed done before the big day. The staff at the party was awesome! Super friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked great! The food was incredible, and we got many compliments from guests. Our son is graduating next year and we will definitely use Angenetta's as our caterer. Thank you again for making our daughter's graduation party so special. read more

Fantastic family run place with very good service. My husband and I have been there several times and have never had a bad meal. My husband loves the burgers, steak & spaghetti dinner and craves the addictive garlic bread. I love the spaghetti, items from the healthy menu and the salads. Their salad dressings are scratch made and delicious. Always friendly, warm atmosphere and very reasonable prices. They make it very easy to support local business! read more

The food is to die for but, I advise you order carry out and pray a server is at the register when you arrive. The owners are nasty rude people and make it clear customers (unless close family or friends) are a burden to them, the customer is never correct in their opinion and the employees all look like they're miserable, the cooks are spot on unless you order steak expect it underdone, or chef Tony is cooking, if you don't like your food how he made it don't ask it to be fixed he will make it a point to argue with you, make you a specticle in his resturant and you'll still pay for an unsatisfying meal. Also be prepared for several servers to have to deliver your parties food one dish at a time none of them are skillfully inclined to serve independently. They treat my family like dirt, don't even acknowledge good paying customers who went there 2 times a week and spent hard earned money. Service is the worst. The cook never wants to make Chicken francaise. We have been their 5-6 times in the last few months and ever time the say they are out of that dish. It is my wife's favorite and we make a special trip just for that. The last time you could hear the cook complaining about making the Chicken Francaise. We had to get up and leave because I was afraid of what he would do to our food if he had to make that dish. NOT happy with the bakery at Angenetta's. We were on the books a month in advance for my daughter's first birthday cake. I stayed in contact, double checked a week in advance that everything was good to go, then 3 days before the party they called and said they were not going to do the cake. I have to find someone new to agree to make a 3 tier cake with 3 days notice. read more
