Called Cassie and I explained the situation. She came out within the week and was so patient and gentle with him. She got rid of all the mats and she didn't even have to shave all of his hair off. In fact he looks so beautiful and much happier now. She even gave him a bath, which I did not think was possible! We will definitely be using Cassie again in the future to keep our boy looking great!

And yes…read morethings can happen, it's dogs playing with dogs, they can get rough and they can get small scratches and stuff, but all I know is that when my little girl gets up, she jumps out of bed and has a fit to get to daycare. I can barely keep her in the car as I'm pulling into the parking lot. So, I say forget the bad reviews and listen to your baby. If they don't like it, they'll tell you. But if you pull up and they are trying to jump out the window to get inside, take them. And keep in mind, the people there aren't taking care of you, they're taking care of your dog... so if you feel their responses are not what you feel is appropriate, give them some slack because their responses to your dog are wonderful. And isn't that really all that matters?
