They have no clue about the things in the store. You basically need to learn on your own and just go get things when you are ready. It's just a shame but I guess you need to hire people so you get what you get.

I bought Bogs boots in MEC online. And this store sent me a filthy used worn out boots. I contacted…read morea customer service and told me to return or will offer $30 gift card. So much of a hassle i choose the gift card, but i would never ever recommend this store. Specially online. This is not about a gift card or a refund but at least have that standard of not sending a return item to customer. Be decent enough to have standard of not sending a return item to other customer specially a filthy and worn out boots. See pictures below. Very disappointed
