I declined that. And I go to pick the bike up, and the bill is about $30 more than we discussed. Even though there wasn't any extra items added on or anything, they tried to charge me more for the part than they originally told me. They tried to charge me $60 for the part instead of 20. The work was decent but just the whole experience was rougher than it should be. I'm a person that checks my bill and I don't appreciate it being like 30 dollars more randomly when it's not expected. Long story short, the work was decent, but I was charged more than I was originally quoted, and they tried to upsell me twice. The chain is not skipping like they indicated it might currently. Maybe It will later, but I don't believe the parts needed to be replaced yet.

It's only $1,400, only for you, and just for a few days." and also, "we can't stress enough how serious your problem is." I got a second opinion from Sporting Life Bikes on Yonge st. in Toronto, (possibly the most professional, customer friendly bike shop I have been to) There was NOTHING wrong with my bike or frame. These people are frauds - BEWARE!
