Such a fun and modern hotel to stay at! The rooms are posh and comfy and the pool, bar and cabanas are the place to be! This is a great place to hand out and have a drink even if you aren't staying there! Great atmosphere!

Amazing hotel! Walking distance from all downtown eateries, events and points of interest. Completely renovated and remodeled for an upscale experience! Great for getting away or just experiencing an amazing ambiance right in the city.

I was told they have only one handicap room with two queen beds, room 318. The bathroom door opens the wrong way and it's horrible to navigate getting past the closet and past the door. There's still a tub in this bathroom. It definitely didn't start life as a handicap room, and it's really only halfway there. The beds are soooo incredibly firm that if you sit on the bed to watch TV, it eventually starts to make your tailbone sore. And the sofa pulls out into the worst mattress I've ever seen, or heard. The springs are so loud and you can feel them like there's only a thin cloth between you and them. The bathroom is old, rust or old mildew around the bottom of the tile where it meets the tub and at the circle water cap thing above the drain. I think it's an overflow thing. So it's an alright stay, loved the staff and housekeeping, but they sure do need some upgrades or something if they're going to charge the same or more as other suites hotels in the area.

This is a truly solid hotel. The staff are super nice, especially Vicki, the front desk…read moresupervisor. Which is what makes it 4 stars. They are very helpful and friendly. It's an older building, and it shows. The rooms look tired and very dark. The shades are wearing out on the windows. I turn all lights on with the windows open to make it bright enough. The heating/ac is controlled with a dial and not a thermostat that gives the temperature, so I find it hard to get to a temp that I like consistently. But the heater works well, so does the AC when I overshoot and get too hot. So, things can definitely be upgraded. I'm hoping the next time I come in for work the pancake maker is working. It only worked 1 day in times I was there when I was able to eat breakfast over 2 2 week stays (I only eat on the weekends and not on weekdays). I love Holiday Inn pancakes, and I'm not a huge pancake fan. Is this a deal breaker? No, but it is disappointing. The laundry is reasonably priced washer and dryer. The hotel location is convenient right off the freeway. I think Holiday Inn (in general) needs to get better sofas, theirs are so uncomfortably hard. I though it was the only the one in Wisconsin, but this one has the exact same sofas. I really like the bed. I stay here pretty regularly for work, and I'll continue staying here because the staff are so nice. They have a fridge and microwave which is what I need.

Hallways are narrow and creepy, carpet is dated, lobby is extremely small. We took a quick peek in our room - the bedspread was torn down the middle, and it looked like a motel 6 from the 1990s. We turned around, got our money back, left and stayed at newer property on the better side of town. We simply did not feel safe. This property is a dump and not worthy of the Hilton name.

I arrived a little before check-in (around 1:30pm). Front desk attendant said it would be another 45 min before my king room was ready. Ok, fair enough. I sat in the lobby and just chilled...until 3pm, when I asked if the room was ready, and they said, "no probably another hour" unless you want a double queen room on the third floor in an odd-number instead of the first floor in an even-numbered room. Fine. I needed to get to work so I accepted. Bad move. As someone noted, there is a car garage behind the hotel. I think I slept a total of 12 hours over three days, as there was constant traffic and banging around over there. The bathroom had a number of long black hairs in the bathtub back by the shower curtain. I'm blonde with short hair . . . the sink didn't drain, the carpet is worn, but that wasn't from vacuuming, because I dropped something and it came up covered in . . . long black hair. Gross. The beds are bouncy and uncomfortable, the TV is outdated (no streaming), and breakfast is a joke. Clearly they're trying to save money: the hot food must be distributed by the breakfast attendant (who was very nice and friendly!) which I haven't seen since COVID. Minimal selection, stuff wasn't refilled, so I ate basically nothing from it other than a cup of juice. Not the quality I'd expect from a Hilton.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only problem with the room was that there was no bottled water available in the fridge, and that would have been nice to make coffee in the morning. My favorite aspect of this stay for me, however, was not the comfortable bed or the free cookies in the lobby. It was the excellent bar area in the lobby. I stayed here twice while traveling through the area, and it was so enjoyable to have a place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening without having to leave the hotel. I also enjoyed an excellent breakfast here on my second stay. I was blown away with how good it was. The only issue here was I was charged separately for the breakfast, even though it was supposed to be included in the price I paid for the room. The young lady who checked me in and completed my transaction apologized because she was new and didn't know how to add in the price for the breakfast, Overall a very pleasant experience. I would suggest eating at an outside restaurant instead of the Bistro.

This morning, i woke up at 6:30am for work and saw 4 roaches on the wall. That pretty much ruined it for me. I called the front desk and they told me to come get some roach spray. Umm. So i go to work today and come back. Housekeeping had come, but they didnt change the sheets or replace the toilet paper. Called the front desk again and she said they might have an extra roll and to come down to get it. I did. They had said they would change my room because of the roaches and never did. The front desk people either arent there or couldnt care less about customers. Just don't stay at this place unless you want to watch drug deals out of the window of your room and hang out with roaches.
