As far as hotels go in San Angelo, this is definitely one of the better options. Recently built, this Courtyard is modern, clean, quiet and priced right. We checked online and upon arrival our keys were ready. The room was a good size for two people and everything was clean. I liked the many lighting options, numerous plugs and charging spots in the room. Our room also included a mini-fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean and modern. The Paul Mitchell soap, shampoo, etc is a nice touch compared to most places generic options. While we didn't use it the hotel has a bar, which also serves Starbucks coffee and food options. At check-out the total price was correct and the manager friendly. We will definitely consider this location on our next visit.

After having to change hotels this Courtyard was a pleasant place to end up. We loved our suite they upgraded us to. The coffee area had Starbucks each morning and they did a great job accommodating us. Will definitely stay here again!

    Nice seating area in room

First time in San Angelo and stayed in this hotel. Located in Southwest Blvd, it is one among the several hotels in this stretch, including Residence Inn, Home2, and Springhill suites. Upon entering, you are greeted by the main reception area and really nice, modern-looking seating areas. They have a Starbucks within the hotel. They also serve lunch, dinner and drinks in the lobby. Staff are very cordial and friendly Our room was on the second floor and very clean and spacious. I like the modern feel and the super comfy bed. The fridge and microwave are hidden in a cool looking closet and there is no shortage charging stations in the room - usb or plugs. The study desk has a built in charging station and each bedside table flanking the bed also has a charging station. The bathroom is clean and apacious, with basic amenities provided such as toiletries and hairdryer Wi-fi is free but no breakfast included. It was a pleasant stay all in all. Thanks Marriott!

This hotel is under construction & shouldn't have guests while in repair. The staff is very rude & inconsiderate. I would not recommend.

Really nice area outside, in addition to the fire pit there is also a separate seating area with a tv.

This is a motel that is very old. We stayed for 1 night. We reserved a king size bedroom. Got there…read moreno microwave. I was told only some king-size bedrooms come with a microwave, they did not have any other king-size beds available so we moved to a room with 2 queens not very happy but it did have a microwave. The room did not have any empty plugs so we had to ask management for an adapter. There is NO ice machine. They use a cooler and fill it with ice ( very unsanitary). The breakfast consists of bagels and muffins. If you want something warm you pay extra. The room was clean the bed was comfortable, but Not worth $155 + tax about $185 total.I saw a $100 charge on my account. They put a hold on your card.I called tonight to ask how long it would take to be released and was told it could take 4 days. Also was told I could be charged $5 for a make up stain on a wash cloth if it doesn't come off. UNBELIEVABLE.

The staff was very helpful with all thing requested I had a problem figuring out how to work the remote for the tv couldn't figure out the volume and the young man came to my room to show me and I felt less than able once he showed me how it worked. Gotta push up and down not in who knew. All in all a wonderful stay at an amazing place.

It's an older building, and it shows. The rooms look tired and very dark. The shades are wearing out on the windows. I turn all lights on with the windows open to make it bright enough. The heating/ac is controlled with a dial and not a thermostat that gives the temperature, so I find it hard to get to a temp that I like consistently. But the heater works well, so does the AC when I overshoot and get too hot. So, things can definitely be upgraded. I'm hoping the next time I come in for work the pancake maker is working. It only worked 1 day in times I was there when I was able to eat breakfast over 2 2 week stays (I only eat on the weekends and not on weekdays). I love Holiday Inn pancakes, and I'm not a huge pancake fan. Is this a deal breaker? No, but it is disappointing. The laundry is reasonably priced washer and dryer. The hotel location is convenient right off the freeway. I think Holiday Inn (in general) needs to get better sofas, theirs are so uncomfortably hard. I though it was the only the one in Wisconsin, but this one has the exact same sofas. I really like the bed. I stay here pretty regularly for work, and I'll continue staying here because the staff are so nice. They have a fridge and microwave which is what I need.

Checked into my room and was very impressed with the size of the suite, but wished it was central heat and air. Also the refrigerator was very dirty. This morning, i woke up at 6:30am for work and saw 4 roaches on the wall. That pretty much ruined it for me. I called the front desk and they told me to come get some roach spray. Umm. So i go to work today and come back. Housekeeping had come, but they didnt change the sheets or replace the toilet paper. Called the front desk again and she said they might have an extra roll and to come down to get it. I did. They had said they would change my room because of the roaches and never did. The front desk people either arent there or couldnt care less about customers. Just don't stay at this place unless you want to watch drug deals out of the window of your room and hang out with roaches.
