As I began explaining my situation to the woman at the desk, a man standing next to her abruptly interrupted me. Without letting me finish a sentence, he began talking about "security" and "safety," stated they don't print documents, and then told me to leave--purely because he did not want to help. No attempt to listen, no courtesy, no professionalism. What stood out wasn't the refusal--it was the attitude. It was very clear that because I wasn't there to buy a car, I wasn't worth basic human decency. Anyone who's ever bought a vehicle knows dealerships have no issue printing pay stubs, bank statements, or paperwork when money is involved. The double standard was obvious. I left calmly and with my head held high, but genuinely disappointed. This dealership presents itself well online, but in person, if you're not immediately profitable to them, you're treated as an inconvenience rather than a person. Spend your money accordingly.

And I was sufficiently displeased that I wrote a letter to the owner, which resulted in them doing the job over again without charge, but even that it was still unsatisfactory. I am not a nit picker, but if I pay for "detailing" then that's exactly what I want - not Rudy's. So, I contacted JP and made an appointment that was convenient for me. John picked up my vehicle and left his own at my place. He returned with my car at the time he promised and in superb condition. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and had detailing work done on every one. This was the best I have ever seen. Here's why. 1) John uses products on the interior which leave it clean, but not greasy-shiny; 2) There was no offensive odor or residue in the interior. 3) The interior upholstery is black and it was free of ANY sign of dirt or grit. 4) The exterior was beautifully waxed. 5) Door frames, interiors, hatchback latches and other spots frequently neglect by others were spotless. The area beneath the license plate was even clean. 6) My daughter ran her finger around the wheel wells and even they were clean. So, JP is prompt, courteous, careful and meticulous. If you own a vehicle and care about maintaining it properly, then this is the business you should use. It lives up to its name "Auto Detailing" because JP does just that - details. I won't go anywhere else.
