Top notch 10 star service, if only it gave me that many to choose. Last week I was on the turnpike with the kids (out on spring break) headed to Crystal Cave. While driving, the car shut off and we were almost stranded on the roadside. Luckily I was able to find this shop near by and limped in with the service engine light on. They diagnosed, ordered and replaced a failed sensor within 1.5 hours to get us back on the road to salvage our day of tourism fun. Can't thank them enough for saving the day! read more

Went here on Tuesday to get a simple flat repaired,which was only a "pin hole".I have brand new tires on my vehicle,not even two weeks old.Owner tells me he can't fix it and tries to sell me a new tire instead.I asked him to put my spare on instead.He did,but he was pissed off,because he couldn't sell me a tire. Once I got back home,I stopped by my personal mechanic and he fixed the same tire that this guy says he couldn't fix.Mind you,this place is supposed to be a reputable "AAA" supportive contractor.Be aware of scams and games at this place and the "good ole boy" network here.Yeah,be careful,because a smile doesn't always mean friendly encounter.I have reported my experience here with the proper personnel.Stay Safe. read more

Steve and Park Manor Automotive are the best of the best!!!!!!!! Imagine a car full of presents, 1 kid, 2 cats, 2 gerbils and 2 adults breaking down at 4:45pm on New Year's Eve. The only place around (and serendipitously very close) was Park Manor Automotive...and they're 'Open' sign was still lit. We limped in, my husband ran inside, and out came Steve only to tell us that our engine was shot and, given the holiday, nothing could be done for a couple of days. We were worried. Steve, even though he had plans, went into the office and he and another gentleman started calling local car rental places...all of which were closed. He finally found us a car...at the airport. A friend of his happened to stop in to wish him a Happy New Year, found out what was happening, and offered to drive my husband to the airport, wait for him while he picked up the car, and then show him the way back. In the meantime, Steve kept the gaggle of us girls (cats and gerbils included) company, making sure we felt safe and secure. Once my husband got back with the rental car, Steve offered one of his cars for us to put our cats in while we transferred everything from one car to another...and both he and his friend helped with the transfer. He then had us follow him to a safe, pet-friendly hotel before finally being able to go on to his New Year's plans for the evening...his reason? "People come first." Steve called first thing Friday morning and his first words were, "Did you get home safely; are you ok?" He also bent over backwards to get the best parts he could in the quickest time...he even texted a picture of the brand new engine poised over the open hood of my car telling me all was on track and ready to go. We weren't able to pick up the car (being 3 hours away) during their operating hours...so Steve called the morning after my husband picked up the car to make sure, once again, that all was well. I have never written such a lengthy review (much less many reviews)...but the quality of care that we received from Steve is beyond superb. I would drive the 6 hours round-trip just to have him take care of my car again! He is honest, trustworthy and goes beyond the extra mile to take care of his customers and we could NOT have been luckier to land on his doorstep New Year's Eve. I had the absolute best experience with Park Manor Auto. I am traveling from out of state when my van went haywire and wouldn't work. I found the shop through google and it was great luck that I did. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to recommend a wonderful towing company that was there within a half hour of me calling. They were able to do get me in right away. Since I was on vacation, they were able to fit me in and fix everything within a few hours. I was sure that it would take days to fix. I cannot stress the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I had my car at a tire dealer to fix a flat tire on Monday. When I woke up Tuesday morning and started to drive to Philly where I work at 5am, the tire light came on and the tire was losing air. I saw the lights of Park Manor on and I pulled in. Steve who I assume is the owner was working on a car believe it or not at 5am. He could have told me to wait until they open, but no, he pulled the car in and noticed that there were 2 cracks in the rim. He sent the rim out to get repaired and called Brenda called me at 2:30pm same day to tell me the car was finished. Unbelievable customer service....and at 5am in the morning!!! read more

By far the best garage in the Lehigh Valley! I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. My parents have been servicing their vehicles here for more than 35 years! We have owned many different vehicles over the years from classics to new with all the technology. Park Manor can handle them all! They have been lifesavers on many occasions when an unexpected issue occurs. They are extremely thorough and get the job done right the first time. My knowledge of cars is limited but Steve always takes the time to explain, in detail, what the issue is and all the possible options to fix it correctly and safely. That's why they are the pros! Although I am no longer right around the corner from their shop, I still make the drive (or sometimes towed) to have my vehicles serviced at Park Manor. Be very careful with this place. Do not leave your car unattended here, and ask prices before service. I decided to try this place out to mount and balance 2 tires after reading promising reviews on TireRack.com and seeing good prices there. Be aware that the prices on TireRack are not honored in store unless you set it up through TireRack online. Park Manor initially tried to charge me $64.00 to mount and balance two tires - I was in shock when I was presented with the Bill.Not only honoring an online price was one thing, but the real kicker was the way they handled my car. I left the keys with one of the mechanics and walked away from the shop to sit in my girlfriend's nearby awaiting car. They must have thought I left completely as the mechanic drove my car like they stole it! The mechanic managed to get my front tires to chirp on the way into the garage, and that is an honest fact. Although this made me very uneasy, I shrugged it off to the mechanic possibly not being comfortable driving a manual transmission (Despite my car being a completely stock 4-door sedan) Once the work was completed the same mechanic comes flying out of the garage so fast that it made my girlfriend and I flinch! He then proceeded to whip my car across the parking lot before completely blowing a Stop Sign and almost red-lining my car in 1st gear. For a half a second while staring in shock, I honestly thought a stranger had stolen my car. When confronted later, the offending mechanic was cowering in the back of the shop while the shop Foreman and the cashier were trying to convince me that the car needed to be taken up to an appropriate cruising speed during the test run? Hmm. Fair point, but did he have to reach that speed in FIRST gear? I know there are a lot of bad mechanics out there but this is literally the worst experience I have ever had with one treating my property so irresponsibly. F- read more
