Original Review: Placed an Order on Dec 8, 2020 for 3 dozen, custom golf balls for some buddies for Christmas. Received the Order Confirmation / Invoice Confirmation a few days after, with no Shipping Information included. Tried calling their Support line a few days later to check in on the Status - No Answer for the first few attempts. Left a few voicemails. No Return calls for a week, and didn't want to press, assuming they were busy with the holiday season. Tried to get in touch a week later. No one picked up after multiple attempts. Someone eventually picked up, and immediately hung up - which increased the aggravation. Kept hammering the lines until Tim answered. Tim took my name down and said he'd call me back with an update. He eventually called me back and said my order was shipped, but provided no tracking information or shipping confirmation. Tim did mention that shipping times were backed up due to the holiday season and that given the timing of placing my order, it would be cutting it close. But he did estimate that it should be delivered by Friday, 12/18. (Spoiler, still hasn't been delivered). I've called their support line post-holidays multiple times - and left several voicemails with multiple individuals listed in their automated phone tree - with no luck or call backs. I will continue to reach out for status updates or at this point a refund request. Very disappointed in the experience thus far.
