The only negative I suppose would be that you should make an appointment to get your skates sharpened when I was in there wasn't busy at all however I can see that potentially it could get pretty hairy in there as when I was leaving the states started to pile up. It's located in a nondescript strip mall next to Walgreens and unfortunately Walgreens put up a bunch of posts so you cannot get into their parking lot from Walgreens. This we've got to go around the horn to get into their lot so watch your GPS

He even gave me a history lesson on my boot because I told him how a good friend made them for me from an old ice skating boot. Wally then fine tuned which shoe was going to be best. First two were too big in the heel. Third fit "was just right". Tried insoles, but they weren't needed. The young girl who helped me with my daughter's shoes was very nice and helpful. But that's as far as it went because once I got to the register the girl had an ATROCIOUS attitude. When I asked another associate her name he said it was Kalyn or something along those lines. It may or may not be her name. However she was African- American. Very Heavy set with a horrible brownish colored wig that wasn't even centered on her head. It was obvious she did not want to work or was having a bad day. I asked her a question about my points and she didn't respond. One would think she hearing disabled. Her entire demeanor was straight trash. Employees like her should definitely be in the stock room and not interact with customers. I know help is hard to find and she is an example of a company being desperate for workers but she definitely does not need to be behind the register or she needs some basic training. I asked for the manager who they said was Jazz. She was not there. At least that's what they said.

It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

I had called him the day before, and I brought in a card case of MLB rookie cards(have been sitting in toploaders, in a box, in a suitcase for 30-35 years, forgotten about). Almost every rookie, in every brand(Topps, Fleer, Leaf, Score, UD), NM or better condition. Multiple Rookie cards for each player between 79-90: Ripken, Mattingly, Gwynn, Puckett, Rickey, Clemens, Bonds, McG, Bo, Deion, Frank Thomas et al... every important player, every brand. Even tons of Griffeys. He told me they were all worthless. HE NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THEM. He has every right to not be interested, but dismissing me like that is suspect. Obviously those cards hold tremendous value. As I left, after letting him know he is rude and disrespectful, he told me I should have brought Ripken rookie cards. Multiple Ripkens were in the case, he just didn't listen to a word I said the entire time I was there. If Coack K has only high-end stuff, a nondescript tiny storefront in South Euclid is counterintuitive. High-end stuff sells in Orange, Woodmere and Beachwood, not a $h!tty corner in S. Euclid.. What small business owner never tries to sell anything when you visit?! He had no interest in having me as a customer, in fact he was openly and unapologetically rude. My visit was an inconvenience to him. The place gets almost no foot traffic, but he wasn't hoping for a sale. Numerous strip mall stores at the four corners of Cedar and Green have been busted for money laundering. Kevin is only dealing in highest end items, but doesn't sell to foot traffic. He was literally pissed I even came in. Cards and memorabilia are valued arbitrarily, like art, making them a perfect vessel for money laundering. Makes you wonder.

However since it is in the mall the prices are a little higher. It has a good variety and the guy inside was pretty nice. Neither of us are really interested in this kind of thing but it's still a cool store to check out inside the Beachwood Mall. I'd like it more if they had a lot more soccer stuff, and more competitive prices.
