In addition to the camera work, they checked things out on the roof as well. They worked independently, got everything done quickly, and the company followed up afterwards with video too. Can't ask much more from a niche contractor. Would hire definitely them again if needed in the future.

I am going into month 3 of having a nonfunctioning, unuseable outdoor kitchen which still remains a half built shell on my back deck because Sal sold me a damaged, subpar outdoor kitchen which he refuses to provide any level of customer service! This business owner cares about one thing and one thing only... HIMSELF! He does not care what happens to you after your check or credit card clears! As seen in the attached image, Sal from NYC fireplaces has revoked even the smallest simplest gesture of customer service since I wrote a negative review! This man thinks his word is all that matters in this world and does not believe that actions speak louder than words! Another tit for tat expectation from a shotty self centered looser of a business owner! RUN RUN RUN from this company! Go to absolutely anyone else! This man is a thief. This man is a corrupt business owner. My credit card company says numerous people have opened claims against this man! Even the OEM manufacturer of the kitchen island has said they will be refusing to allow this man to represent their company moving forward! Do not fall for all his positive reviews! A few days after the order I realized I had made a mistake - I ordered a dual fuel wood/natural gas oven, when I actually needed dual fuel wood/propane. I called and spoke to Luca who immediately made the change in their system. The oven was delivered the next day and the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful. Again, I made another mistake. I forgot to order the stand to put the pizza oven on. I called Luca again and he took payment for the stand and offered to waive the FedEx costs since I paid for assembly initially. That would have been great customer service already, but to go a step further, Luca called me back and said they would put it on a truck and deliver it that same day. Such a great experience!

Just this past week Richie & Charlie needed to use some extra elbow grease and really work at the creosote build up I had after apparently burning bad wood this past winter. They were fantastic from start to finish. Clean, on-time, friendly & educational as well. They even inspected my wood pile and gave me some do's & don'ts going forward. 15 years ago James "Jimmy" installed a gas furnace liner. It's still working very well & with proper specs to what the furnace requires vs what was before. This was verified with my regular furnace guy as well. Thank again Jimmy and the crew!!!

I called Mr chimney as I need the fireplace in my vacant apt in white plains checked , clean ,…read moreinspection before a new tenant moves in and it can be dangerous to have a dirty clogged fireplace as I have been told . Called for an appointment on Thursday and Friday morning the chimney guy was at the apt ready to do his job. It took him about an hour for cleaning and inspection and he told me that the fireplace was not used much in the past and it just needed a good cleaning and lookover . Rate was reasonable and the advice he gave me for proper maintenance and care was very useful ..Was thinking about having the fireplace sealed up so I wouldn't have to deal with it anymore when the new tenant moves it but the chimney guy told me , it would be a shame to not have a fireplace especially during the winter time and a fireplace in a condo apt is rare and very cool , so fireplace stays put . Glad I called Mr chimney to give the fireplace a checkup . 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .
