I had used this company to install my gutters a couple of years ago so when I received their email to about an annual cleaning, I contacted them via text message inquiring about the cost. In sending the text, I didn't include my address, which apparently to them was a stupid question. I will attach a picture of the text message for others to interpret. At first, I was pleased w/ new gutter installation. But in first year it clogged & George's follow up service was soso. In year 2- waterfall overflow mid summer (no Fall leaves).I called for service- got Joe after 2weeks who only provided an estimate (no repair). Due to thud at base of downspout indicating debris, I was directed to hire someone to snake it out. RotoRooter guy couldn't get downspout to lift. Called back to George's & Joe told me he'd come back, release spout for $250, let Roto snake it ($300) then he'd return to re-attach for $250. $500 charge + $300 snaking=$800 job!! I asked my handyman to consult. He unscrewed downspout bracing,lifted downspout, dumped out debris- reattached - in 15 minutes! All fixed. I can't recommend a company with such rotten follow up service & outrageous overcharges. faulty diagnosis & dumb advice. They're supposed to know their business & stand by their work. After receiving what we felt was an astronomical quote from another business who also insulted us inexplicably by implying we would want to go with his cheapest option assuming we couldn't afford anything more, I hopped on Yelp to find another company to replace our gutters and install gutter shields. Had them out for an estimate this spring - prices seemed reasonable but never received an email with a written quote. A few months go by when we were ready to move ahead with the now-delayed gutter replacement and I give George's a call. "We are very busy right now but we can do the work in three weeks. I will call you then". No problem. Three weeks go by, then that entire week, and now halfway through the following week and no call. I didn't necessarily need all new gutters I had done an addition and the owner suggested new gutters all around but did say it was possible to Frankenstein my old into new- only It wouldn't be seamless and they would look different. So I took the plunge and got all new 6" gutters and down spouts. They got there on time in the morning and were finished in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the next day we got a deluge of rain so I was able to go outside in a slicker and walk around and admire the work. I had a contractor install dry wells on my property and Georges guys feed all my downspouts into that. No more river In My side yard or driveway. Nice work George's gutters. read more

I had mu gutters recently replaced by George's Seamless Gutters and the gutters look Great!, Unfortunately, the guys left an extensive amount of nails and metal all around my property, that took away from the experience. In addition one tire (this is after us cleaning up) ended up with 2 nails in it, and it had to be replaced. Mike, my sales representative was very pleasant and responsive and is very knowledgeable of his work. Mike immediately responded to my call regarding the nails and metal and even offered to cover the cost to repair the tire, nothing else happened I did Message him to let him know it had to be replaced, but never heard back and I did not follow up on it. I just hope that nothing goes wrong with the gutters that as mentioned earlier look great! read more

George and his crew are amazing. Excellent work and exceeded my expectations. More than a a dozen workers showed up to tear off old roof, and gutters and install a new roof and seamless gutters. They cleaned up everything in yard. They even had a giant magnet to put up nails. They were done in two days with the large crew. Most others would have taken a week. The crew was very friendly and even cleaned a window in the attic that I could never reach outside as well as cut some old cable wires that were ugly. We also got to see one of George's dogs that was very cute. George's workers tell me he treats them well which can make a difference. Most roofing companies only use 3 or 4 nails a shingle, but GAF's recommendation is 6 nails to guarantee up to 130 mile and hour winds. We don't get a CAT 3 or 4 hurricanes much in New York, but Super Storm Sandy was scary. It is nice to know shingles will stay on the roof. All our neighbors are slowing down to look at the nice roof and gutters. I am very pleased with the work. read more

Very bad customer service. The lady who answers the phone says she will call back but never calls back and doesn't note down customer details so every time you call is like a new call as they have no reference. They had a person come out inspect and sent a formal estimate. The next day when we called to confirm and get on the schedule, they seemed to have no idea that they had sent an estimate and gave another verbal estimate much higher. When we pointed out that they had sent a formal estimate only the day earlier the lady kept saying she needs to check if they can honor the one they sent only a day earlier and kept saying she will call back but never called back. After multiple phone calls another person picked up and was very rude. Finally George picked up the phone and started telling us how he is doing gutter service as a service to the people and frankly it is too much stress and they make no profit.
