Dr. Buehler was so kind, and thoughtful, as I was a basket case, during his last days. We noticed there was a stitch left in so we quickly take him back up there in hopes they would get them all out this time.. So we call and say they missed a few & she quickly cuts us off and say "this happens sometimes" ... I'm sorry this what? It shouldn't happen at all. Sounds like negligence & bad vet techs trying to work quickly to get more $$$ out of us. Seems like they can only handle small incidents with your animals.
