And I didn't forget to tip. :) He walked around our basement and checked the perimeters of our house and come to find out...There was a big dead skunk near one of the basement bay windows decayed with bugs all over it, ick! He was able to discard it along with the dirt and gravel that had bugs on it. He also sprayed an enzyme to stop the smell. We have to open the basement window and use an air purifier machine which we already have. Overall, a good company I will use them ! Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!
