The only reason why I didn't was because someone I know highly recommended it. First of all, appointments can only be booked months in advance. This gives the impression that they are very good and therefore always booked; however, when they call back a week later or so and adjust it, it is clear that they are just disorganized. Everything is overpriced. Prices are not provided up-front. OTC medication is about 40% marked-up. They itemize everything and tack it on a service, even when it wasn't requested. Our first and last appointment was unbelievable! We dropped off our elderly pup for a teeth cleaning. We had the first appointment of the day, which was still late enough for it to impact my work schedule. I arrived to a locked facility. 5 minutes later, the first employee arrived. 10 minutes later, the open the door and give me the paperwork to sign which outlines the price--entirely based on how many teeth they remove during the cleaning. Feeling cornered, I sign the form and drop off my dog. Hours later we get a call to pick him up. When we arrive they are helping several customers. I notice the price and ask how many teeth we're removed, which I was told was 8. This is a very old dog, who maybe had 16 teeth going into the appointment, so I joking say "wow, I didn't realize he had that many when I dropped him off" and saw the horror in her face as I realize she just said a number at random cause she had no clue about my dog or his procedure. I add on some flee/tick medicine, pay, and leave. After reviewing the bill I found no less than 16 line-items for a teeth cleaning. This included nail clipping, which in addition to it not being asked for, his nails literally came back sharper than when we was dropped off. Days later, we get a call asking if I have my dogs medicine. It turns out, they gave us someone else's anti-itch medication instead of pain killer. They apologized for the mistake, and insisted that something like this doesn't happen there normally. The reality is, I wouldn't take my dog back if they paid me.

They got us right in, first appointment of the day. Long story short.... Turns out my puppy was just being a drama queen. She is a 10 year old who has been groomed regularly her entire life with only one incident of injury (a cut in between her paw pads). All groomers have consistently praised her for being a sweet dog and a pleasure to groom. Dropping her off found facility appearance and greeting was pleasant. When I picked her up the owner advised my dog was kind of squirmy during grooming. Immediately upon returning home she began persistent licking and chewing all over her body and it was obvious that either her skin was very irritated or she had possibly picked up some fleas. Upon inspecting her I found she had multiple clipper burns on her belly and on the insides of her rear legs. Also noted her hair cut was pretty choppy and overall it did not appear she had been groomed by an experienced professional. After 5 days of the constant licking and chewing I took her to the veterinarian to see if it could be determined what was causing such terrible irritation. Vet believed she was having an allergic reaction possibly to the shampoo as when she examined her closely found raw spots all over her body but no visible evidence of fleas so she put her on a 15 day course of prednisone. Now after 7 days of prednisone she is much better. Vet expressed that maybe she shouldn't be groomed there anymore. Based on the poor quality of cut, multiple clipper burns and such serious skin irritation I don't believe we will be using this groomer again.

I wish I had known this company was on here sooner…read more Rommey is one of the best trainers, animal lovers, and persons I've met. Her combined knowledge and love for dogs is amazing. Most importantly to us, she was straight forward, but really patient with us humans. Not only does she know animals, she knows people. She knows when good people bite off more than they can chew and she still helps. She goes to the end of the earth for dogs and their people. I have sung her praises to lots of people, but am glad to do it here!

We boarded our Dane in February and he us a different puppy. One that is calmer and happier. Knowing boundaries helps him be happier and us less stressed. While in boarding Jennifer had the opportunity to work on his social skills and allowed him to run free in the office and now he can get close to other dogs and do the sniffing and kissing without howling or barking. In regards to the facility I can say that it meets my expectations about a business of this kind, well organized and with additional services like pet grooming and more. My dogs slept in playroom since they always stay together, I asked if I should bring their beds and was told it was not necessary cots or pallets would be provided but if I wanted to bring something from home like a blanket or toy to have a familiar scent so I provided their blankets. One of my dogs is 15yrs old and has health issues and as I said my other dog has issues with her knees and they were forced to sleep on the concrete floor with only their blankets I brought. Also wanted to bring their huge bowl they drink out of and is enough for 3 dogs and was again told not too they had plenty of bowls. I have videos showing only one small bowl for my three babies to share was there at closing till someone came in on the weekend the next day. When I made multiple complaints finally a pail was brought in which I was told they should have had from the start. I made my complaints and was told that management would be talked to and they would mention compensation because they agreed I didn't not get the services for my dogs that I was assured I would and the incident with dragging my dog was wrong. I waited over a mth and no one ever got back to me I reached out today and was told it was not mandatory to provide cots or make pallets well why the heck didn't you say that and let me bring my fur babies beds when I asked instead of saying you would provide that and refusing their bowl. I was told no compensation and that there were two bowls in there when I have proof there was 1 and why did they bring a pail in then when I complained? Plus more than anything dragging my terrified baby. I will never board my animals there again since it's excuses and no accountability. To say you sent the same person u have had problems with before since multiple complaints about them from other people back to training after it took me showing I had the video of my fur baby being dragged. That person shouldn't even be allowed to work there if it's not just me complaining. Just terrible and I hate to have to post this but it's necessary. I will not say that no one there is good because that's not true. There are some staff that truly love the animals but unfortunately this took place and ruins it for the good ones.
