That being said I have taken my dog there a few times and honestly was not impressed with with their service. The last time I was there they seemed brain boggled as to me saying I wanted my dogs hair cut short and followed up with confirming I wanted ears trimmed and tail cleaned up. Went back to get the dog and from afar it looked good, so I paid and even left a tip. When I got home and got a good look at the dog, I noticed blatant tuffs of fur that were missed all over the dogs body. The tail wasn't cleaned up and looked like shit. I honestly didn't really have too much faith in this place because they seemed very scatterbrained and flustered with whatever was on their mind. So I will never ever go back to this place seeing I have to clean up my dogs fur from their mistake, or should I say lack of knowledge on how to cut a dogs hair...I guess the tip I paid is how much it will cost me to never see those people again. The long wait for Dapper Dog Wash would have been worth it instead of falling victim to sub par work as i was an idiot for going back more then once.

The true test is how your dog act after being in a day care & she is all around much better at Splish Splash because they care. She always takes time to speak to the owners and ask how we are doing, she is truly a caring person. Our shitzu/poodle mix needed special attention because she had an eye injury and Penny always made sure she was comfortable and safe during her groom. Our other dogs that we've brought throughout the years were always treated well too. We went there for years and always saw a lot of the same faces, which is a good sign to see staff retention. The building is also always clean and prices are typical for what you'd pay elsewhere. Give this place a try, you will see what makes it so special.

He had so much fun - he didn't want to leave when we picked him up:) I was able to check Facebook daily to see pictures of him playing with other dogs in the group and hanging out with his human friends. They sent him home with a report card showing his favorite activities, playmates and behavior recap! Charlie had a great time flirting and making pals with everyone, he came home happy, healthy and exhausted from all the fun and excitement!!! What a great place...Thank you Bark Avenue:)

They have doggie pools and tons of area for them to run. The facility was nice and cool when we dropped our dog off to board for a few days. We missed him, but never worried because we knew he was in good hands. I can't say enough about bark Avenue and the socializing and play provided to our pet. Within a few days, the skin sloughed off to become a large "hotspot" type wound. Frostbite? Salt? ‍ No one noticed the bright red sore hanging between my dogs legs. And their demeanor was definitely NOT one of concern. Didn't even care. Adding insult to injury..... no one even apologized. Like it's an everyday thing for both your dogs to come home physically injured. Those dogs were left in their care. I may as well have left them in the back yard and tossed 4 days worth of food over the fence. Very dissatisfied And let's not forget the owner was supposed to get back with me. She did not. I had to ring her 2 days after the day I was told she would call.

I took my dogs in for grooming today and when I went to pick them up the lady at the front desk was checking me out and she price me at 165 at first, shortly after the groomers comes by and she talk to her and then the lady up charge me 20 dollars saying that the groomer had to do extra work on one of my dogs! He called me and I heard her on the phone. She said that we were wasting her time and that she had better things to do. I told her that it says $5 extra on their website for skunk spray. So she was trying to charge an additional $35 for skunk. This is price gouging. She asked my husband to get my dog out of there because he smelled bad. She even walked away when my husband said he would be reporting them for lying.

The facility seemed clean and that's definitely a plus! My dog went a very long time without being groomed and they did a great job on him.
