We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. They sent us pictures of our little doggie throughout her stay, and even asked us about our vacation. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs and put their best interest first. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

TL;DR avoid Jenna.. the other staff we've had are great…read more I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment bc when I booked, they told me that one of my dogs needed some documentation. Jenna greeted me with: well you're here before your groomer, and I can't check them in, because I can't be responsible, so you'll need to wait. I said okay... Then, she said, you won't be able to drop them off together bc one of your appointments is for now and one is for an hour from now. I explained that in the past, I've always dropped them off together, and they hold one while they groom the other..Because I live twenty minutes away, it doesn 't make sense to go back and forth for each dog separately. She told me, she didn't think that would be possible because she wasn't sure if our groomer would have other dogs that she needed to have there... which doesn't make sense...I've seen them hold a bunch of different dogs while they're doing the grooming and waiting for owners to show up and pick them up. The other staff I've met are all great... hopefully they'll give her some customer service training!

Longer hair, shorter hair, not evenly shaved. I know he had Mats of hair that needed taken care of, but try to clean him up better! I assumed they would do his nails also, but not from what I see. He also isn't acting well. The business is not the cleanest also. For $100 dollars, I will definately go elsewhere.

We stopped by Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in East Liberty to pick up some treats. I left my phone in the car but trust me, this place was tail wagging cool! You have to love the name. It is a clever play on the famous chef Wolfgang Puck. The name is actually perfect because the "bakery" section looks just like a high-end pastry shop for humans. They have tables stacked with decorated cookies and treats that look good enough to eat yourself. The store is bright and cheerful. It doesn't have that typical wet dog smell you find at some groomers. Sunday and Franco absolutely love it here. They dragged us right through the front door. The staff was incredibly friendly and treated the pups like royalty. Verdict: Two paws up from the grandpuppies. It is a fun place to spoil your pets with some gourmet snacks or a spa day.
