When we first met Aurora, she house sat for us and our dog and cat a few times, and we felt such relief to find someone we trusted with our fur babies and home! She is such a great communicator and problem solver and treated our pets as her own. As Animal Villa has continued to expand its team and services, she has purposefully curated a team that mirrors her love and respect for her clients' pets and their homes. Everyone else she's introduced us to in her network such as Missy and Brithany, have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and that we can relax on our vacations, knowing that everything and everyone is in good hands. They over-communicate, send photos and problem-solve as needed. Our dog is a finicky eater and they go out of their way to try different ways to feed her to make sure she's happy and fed. Our cat often hides for the first bit and they still send us photos of him in his hiding spots so we know they have eyes on him. Aurora took great care of my puppy for 2 weeks of boarding at the Anima Villa! I got photos, videos, and updates often, pretty much daily! She had a blast at the Animal Villa! She socialized with other dogs & cats and enjoyed every second of it. She got lots of love and snuggles, eat well & played well & went on car rides! We were away for a few days and they needed drop in visits a couple of times a day since they're elderly cats on wet food. Aurora is absolutely amazing with my dog Kiko. Eevery time we arrive Kiko is so excited to see him it's clear how much she loves being there. Aurora is incredibly caring at tentative and treats every dog as if they were his own what really sets Aurora apart is how proactive he is when it comes to the dogs well-being. Teddie has a traumatic past--he was abused and abandoned--and as a result, he has a lot of behavioral issues, including biting. It's not easy for him to trust people. But from the very beginning, Aurora approached both Teddie and FiFi with such calm, gentle energy. She was patient, loving, and truly took the time to understand Teddie's needs. I've been amazed at how comfortable and relaxed he is with her now--it honestly brings tears to my eyes.
