My cats are always nervous around new people and it takes them awhile to warm up and trust them. Immediately upon meeting Monique - they came out to meet her! That was my first test that she passed with flying colors! The cats sensed she is a great person! Monique is so organized and comforting. After she comes to take care of the animals she always follows up with a report on what she did at the house and with the pets. She then sends a picture of the pets and how happy they are. While we were gone we just so happened to get our first "ant" problem of the year. She took it upon herself to run out and get ant traps to immediately combat the problem.
