Holly is amazing, I've used pet sitters in the past as well as boarders, but Holly is an absolute True Dog Whisperer ! She's reliable, available every time I've needed her, she always sends pictures of my pups when we are away, and it warms our hearts to know they are well taken care of! I have A French bulldog and a Boston, who love her and are always happy when we get home, never stressed or exhausted, like when we would pick them up from previous boarders. Holly is a Gem!

Holly is the best dog sitter ever! Not only do we trust her with our dog, but our entire home when we are away! Our dog loves Holly! She makes him feel loved and secure.

Received many pics when away for a week at a work conference!

Holly runs an amazing service for dogs, cats, and other small animals! I was amazed how much attention and love she provided to my little ball of fur (guinea pig). The reason I took my guinea pig to a pet sitter is because she becomes depressed when she does not receive daily attention. I could have easily left her with any friend but she would not have received the same kind of care. Holly took the time to ask a lot of questions about her preferences and habits. I also received frequent pics and updates from her while I attended the conference which made me feel secure knowing she was in the best care. She even fed my guinea pig fresh veggies when the lettuce I provided was used up and even changed the litter even though I did not ask her to do so during my time away. Her rates are extremely reasonable and her love for pets is evident. I am always honest in my reviews (for good or bad) and rate her the highest. If you want a petsitter who would provide great care and loving attention to your pet, contact Holly!

In the past, my wife and I have boarded our two dogs at local kennels when we would go out of town. I always felt a bit guilty about it. Holly was highly recommended to us. We called her and she came to our home to meet our two dogs, Elton and Sparky. We immediately liked Holly and it was easy to see how much she likes animals. While we were out of town, Holly came to our home at least two times each day to check our dogs, play with them and feed them. She texted us pictures and several videos of our dogs during the 5 days we were gone. Our dogs looked very happy! In addition, she took care of our mail, bringing in packages from our porch and taking care of my salt water aquarium. I highly recommend Holly as a pet sitter! She does an incredible job and can be completely trusted to do what she says she will do. We will no longer be taking our dogs to kennels when we go out of town. We love Holly's Happy Tails!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Chrystel taking care of our 21 yr old…read morecat, Remi, while we were on a 3-week vacation. Because of Remi's advanced age, her vet did not recommend boarding her. Since Remi receives sub-Q fluids twice a week and daily medication, we didn't know what we were going to do. Our vet recommended Chrystel and gave us her business card. From the moment I text her, Chrystel was professional and courteous and asked all the right questions I would expect from a professional. When she came over for the meet & greet and to go over everything we & Remi needed, we knew immediately we were leaving our fragile kitty in the right hands. We received a professional contract clearly listing what services Chrystel would be providing and subsequent cost. With each visit we received a text with the time window of when she would be arriving at our house. She would then text pictures and a status update of how Remi was doing. Chrystel's veterinary medical background & experience makes her an invaluable asset to anyone who needs help with their pets.

My 54 lb Jindo does not do well with strangers, she is all bark but no bite. I was very anxious bringing her to any dog care but Wendy was willing to do an assessment prior to their stay. This was my very first time doing any sort of dog care so I was really worried about leaving them. They did really well and my other dog had so much fun (he's a social butterfly). The main reason I chose this place vs all the other dog boarding is because they offer a "home" living experience rather than a facility/warehouse. My dogs always freely roams the house and lays on our bed, couch, wherever they please so I wanted something similar and Wendy's house provided that. I couldn't bare the thought of them being kept in a narrow sleeping quarter locked throughout the day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies! This place will definitely be my go-to for any future dog boarding.

It pains me deeply to write this review, but I believe our experience needs to be shared with other…read moredog owners who may be considering leaving their pets with a dog daycare or boarding provider. It has been exactly one month since we lost our beloved French Bulldog, Louie, to heat stroke after leaving him with OC Paw House in Tustin, California. We dropped Louie off at approximately 9:05 a.m. for what was supposed to be a four-hour half-day visit. The purpose was simply to see how well he interacted with the other dogs before we considered boarding him there for a week later in September. I believed I had done my due diligence as a responsible pet owner. The business had more than 100 five-star reviews, and I could not find even a single review below five stars. They also had many photos of french bulldogs on their social media. That gave me a great deal of confidence in leaving Louie in their care. Unfortunately, what happened that morning is something our family will live with forever. At 11:33 a.m., I received a photo and text showing Louie with several other dogs. In the photo, what appeared to be Louie's vomit was clearly visible near his front paws. When I later examined the photo more carefully, I noticed that it had been taken at approximately 10:18 a.m. That timeline is extremely important. Wendy, the owner, later told me that Louie was having difficulty with the heat while at an unshaded dog park on an approximately 81-degree day. She said that after about 5-10 minutes, they decided to take him back to the house. The house is approximately an eight-minute drive from the dog park. Yet I did not receive a phone call telling me that Louie was in serious distress until approximately 11:45 a.m. I was then told that he was not breathing. That leaves me with a question I still cannot get past: What happened between approximately 10:18 a.m., when Louie was apparently already showing signs of distress, and the time I was finally contacted? As Louie's owner, it is devastating to think that he may have been struggling for an extended period of time without receiving the urgent intervention he needed. In my opinion, what happened demonstrates a serious lack of training, judgment, and emergency preparedness. This is especially troubling because Wendy told me that she owns or has owned a French Bulldog and understands that Frenchies do not tolerate heat well. Brachycephalic breeds such as French Bulldogs are widely known to be particularly vulnerable to overheating. Afterward, I obtained a report from OC Animal Care. Based on my reading of that report, I learned information about the business and its licensing status that I did not know when I entrusted Louie to their care. The report also contains statements regarding overnight boarding and the individuals who provide dog-walking services that, in my view, do not match my understanding of how the business was represented or operated. I encourage anyone considering this business--or any dog daycare or boarding provider--to verify its licensing, insurance, training, emergency procedures, supervision practices, and experience caring for your specific breed. Do not rely solely on online reviews. I wish I had known to ask more questions. Louie was not just our dog. He was part of our family, and losing him this way has been heartbreaking. I am writing this review because I cannot change what happened to Louie, but perhaps sharing our experience will cause another dog owner to ask the questions I wish I had asked--and potentially prevent another family from experiencing the loss that ours has endured.
