They over-communicate, send photos and problem-solve as needed. Our dog is a finicky eater and they go out of their way to try different ways to feed her to make sure she's happy and fed. Our cat often hides for the first bit and they still send us photos of him in his hiding spots so we know they have eyes on him. These acts have provided us an immense amount of reassurance that we have the right people taking care of our fur babies! And even though we attempt to make our home as clean and comfortable as possible for someone to stay in, we always come back to a house that is cleaner and neater than when we left it!
