When my boyfriend dropped my dog off, the receptionist was sitting on one of the couches scratching lottery tickets. Like I'm sorry, but whoever the groomer was today butchered my dog. I don't know if there was a miscommunication between the receptionist and groomer but I'm unhappy with today's service. Don't think I will be going back here.
