Well 1hr later he comes out and I noticed his tail was shaved with a big pom on the tail. I wasn't happy but stuff happens. However, when I got home and took him out of his crate...he had been butchered! His entire main was shaved off, both nipples were nicked and sore and he had a cut on the inside of his thigh. The final thing that pushed me to write this was they also buzzed off one side of his whiskers!!! If you have a cat, do not go here EVER. Had I taken him out of his kennel and seen him like that, I never would have paid! My poor guy looks just awful.

She is a friendly dog, both to people and animals, but she can seem aggressive when she is meeting another pup. The people at Canine Reflections took her under their wing and have been great at showing her love and affection, to the point that all I have to do now is ask my dog if she wants to go and play. As soon as she hears the word play, she gets excited and cannot wait to get there. Haley loves the people and gets along with all of the dogs she meets. I have no fear of leaving her there for the day.

He did an pre-exam before booking the cleaning, to make sure my dog was healthy and able to safely have it done. Here he explained the procedure and discussed extractions, etc. in a way that was informative and easy to understand. I felt very much in control of decisions concerning what I wanted to be done after his great explanations and advice. The procedure was well done and there were NO complications during healing whatsoever. Dr. Gupta was extremely caring, knowledgable, and professional, and he always had my dog's health, safety, and absolute best interests at heart in all of his actions. And his staff are wonderful, too!

When I walked into the waiting room my puppies were very excited to see the cat. I took a seat on the opposite side of the room to ensure the cat would not be upset, to which the very rude receptionist asked me to take my dogs outside and wait there until the vet could see them. As a customer who pays hundreds of dollars to ensure the optimal health of my pets, I expect to have access to a waiting room when it is minus ten degrees outside. If having cats and dogs in the waiting room at the same time is seen a such problem, then they ought to schedule appointments around that, or have separate entrances.

Then Vets wonder why we don't or really can't afford to have dentals every or every other year. It's not that we don't love our dogs. For me I love them more than people. Took our English Bulldog 10 month old puppy to this vet as he was regurgitating food and seemed to…read morehave issues with his breathing. He diagnosed him with every possible brachycephalic problem possible, without so much as one test! He quoted $2500 and up to widen his nostrils and shorten his elongated soft palate. And then said if he found what he was sure he would during surgery that he would stop the surgery and 'have the talk' with us. Meaning he would suggest we put him down. We took him to a Bulldog vet in Wetaskiwin and they did a simple surgery (for $750) and he's as good as new! This man was a total narcissist who obviously had a negative attitude towards brachycephalic breeds. It was disgusting! STEER CLEAR!! Not only does he not have a clue - but he'll rape you for money in the process! Disgusting!!!
