He did an pre-exam before booking the cleaning, to make sure my dog was healthy and able to safely have it done. Here he explained the procedure and discussed extractions, etc. in a way that was informative and easy to understand. I felt very much in control of decisions concerning what I wanted to be done after his great explanations and advice. The procedure was well done and there were NO complications during healing whatsoever. Dr. Gupta was extremely caring, knowledgable, and professional, and he always had my dog's health, safety, and absolute best interests at heart in all of his actions. And his staff are wonderful, too!

Prior to my coming, a lady had brought her cat into the waiting room. When I walked into the waiting room my puppies were very excited to see the cat. I took a seat on the opposite side of the room to ensure the cat would not be upset, to which the very rude receptionist asked me to take my dogs outside and wait there until the vet could see them. As a customer who pays hundreds of dollars to ensure the optimal health of my pets, I expect to have access to a waiting room when it is minus ten degrees outside. If having cats and dogs in the waiting room at the same time is seen a such problem, then they ought to schedule appointments around that, or have separate entrances.
