I said if I give them all at once we won't know which one worked let alone know what was wrong with her. He said "Yeah, I guess you're right." Gee, and I didn't go to Veterinary School. Then I found out after I got home he'd also did a test which I never gave authorization to. If he would have asked me before he did it I could have told him that the test was just done a couple of week before that. To me, he didn't care about my sick dog it was how much $$$$ can I get out of this person. I was a client there for quite a while I never went back and I never will.

He did an pre-exam before booking the cleaning, to make sure my dog was healthy and able to safely have it done. Here he explained the procedure and discussed extractions, etc. in a way that was informative and easy to understand. I felt very much in control of decisions concerning what I wanted to be done after his great explanations and advice. The procedure was well done and there were NO complications during healing whatsoever. Dr. Gupta was extremely caring, knowledgable, and professional, and he always had my dog's health, safety, and absolute best interests at heart in all of his actions. And his staff are wonderful, too!

When I walked into the waiting room my puppies were very excited to see the cat. I took a seat on the opposite side of the room to ensure the cat would not be upset, to which the very rude receptionist asked me to take my dogs outside and wait there until the vet could see them. As a customer who pays hundreds of dollars to ensure the optimal health of my pets, I expect to have access to a waiting room when it is minus ten degrees outside. If having cats and dogs in the waiting room at the same time is seen a such problem, then they ought to schedule appointments around that, or have separate entrances.

The big problem is how high the rates are. I asked for an estimate of what a teeth cleaning for my dog would be. Just for the cleaning I was told it could range from $900.00 to $1800.00. If a tooth or teeth needed to be pulled then it would be more. I can appreciate that it costs a lot to set up a office but that cost is way out of my price range. My pockets are not that deep. Then Vets wonder why we don't or really can't afford to have dentals every or every other year. It's not that we don't love our dogs. For me I love them more than people. Make it reasonable and we will be in more or we'll go where it's almost reasonable.

He diagnosed him with every possible brachycephalic problem possible, without so much as one test! He quoted $2500 and up to widen his nostrils and shorten his elongated soft palate. And then said if he found what he was sure he would during surgery that he would stop the surgery and 'have the talk' with us. Meaning he would suggest we put him down. We took him to a Bulldog vet in Wetaskiwin and they did a simple surgery (for $750) and he's as good as new! This man was a total narcissist who obviously had a negative attitude towards brachycephalic breeds. It was disgusting! STEER CLEAR!! Not only does he not have a clue - but he'll rape you for money in the process! Disgusting!!!

this place was disgusting. i went to take a tour as i go out of town next week and figured i would…read moregive this place a shot. my heart broke when i walked in there. the dogs are in tiny ass kennels with no beds and if there was a bed it was rags/towels. they had two or three dogs in kennels at a time, two huskeys in a small ass kennel together with no room to spare. my heart was honestly breaking that people actually trust this place. the dogs were just finishing up eating and all their water bowls were empty. the place smelled horrible and it was warm in there. The CAT trailer is horrible. the kitties are locked up all day long in kennels like being at the pet store. the people who work their LIE to you to make you feel good about the place. i was disgusted with this place, it needs to be shut down and I will NEVER bring my animals to this place or recommend it!

He is excellent at sending you updates and pictures when you are away so you know that your Fur Baby is doing okay.
