I buzzed the suite and was promptly let in and greeted. Vanna is so welcoming. She is kind and friendly and we had a great conversation while she did my brows to perfection. Her threading was so gentle. My skin was not tugged but the hairs were effectively removed. I wish she could do my brows everytime! But she definitely will anytime I'm in Charlotte!
