I walked in here on a whim after reading a few reviews. Honestly, that's on me. I had like a free hour from my toddler and desperately needed to get these angry caterpillars under control so I was desperate. I will say- the lady who did my brows was overall very kind but .... I asked for eyebrow threading and a wax around my neck area. My eyebrows were FINE, nothing to write home about and beggars can't be choosers. She burned me pretty bad with the wax though which sucked but I'm a millennial and besides the initial "ouch" I didn't want to bother her with my feelings. Anyway the real cherry on top was when she started asking me about work etc etc well as she's close to my ear threading my brows she starts to tell me how she's in real Estate and something else and if I'm ever looking to invest.... Ma'am I am just trying to get a little self care NOT be sold anything. Probably will not be coming here again unless I am truly desperate. read more

Super sad! I had huge beautiful brows going in. One eyebrow is completely butchered and not even. I refuse to let them touch them anymore. This is really so sad! Look at the eyebrow butchering and tell me I'm wrong;(. It took me months to grow them out the way I wanted. Now I get to go spend who knows how much on brow products just so that I'm not uneven. She didn't even give me a mirror to look at in the first place and now I see why. I got in the car and was like what the hell is this. This was threaded! I do not recommend! I will be submitting my receipts for the brow products I need to fix this mess so I can at least look even! Sucks! read more

This lady has no customer etiquette , she's very rude , very rough as in I almost felt she was so forceful while moving my face side to side ( I really felt like customer abuse ) she really needs to improve her people skills . The only one time she did my eyebrows one was up and the other was down ( mismatched shape ) today I had no choice despite the rude interaction I had the first time I ever met her while doing my eyebrows I still went in today just to do upper lip , I was browsing on my phone( while waiting ) and in no ways the sound from my phone was loud ( I have common sense not to do so ) since there is hardly any people in here( which I probably know why now ) she looks at me and tells me to lower the volume ( I looked at her in dis belief ) believe it if I had lowered my volume when she asked so it would have gone to mute that's how low my phone volume was. Such a rude RUDE lady . One day I want to tell her this face to face , I'm wondering if anyone has come across this bizarre behavior from her ( she's the owner and the only one lady that works there ) read more

I was very impressed with the service at this place. It was my first time going there and i needed to do a touch up on my microblading. First of all, their prices are way cheaper than i'm used to paying. I was concerned that my brows may not come out looking good but boy.... Rupal did an awesome job. She made sure to numb the area and i didn't feel any pain. I actually took a nap during the process and it went like a breeze. I woke up loving my brows. She was patient and very assuring! Well found on groupon ,,so i tryed! i did run a few minutes late so i gave a 20.dollar tip but the greeting was not friendly! What i dont like was how she keeps leaving the room and when she cames back i dont know if she washes her hand. There is no sink in the room. So she started the massage and of course it felt good. Also good product's Derma logica! BUT when massaging cream is applied she just rubes all over your eyes in every direction. I am a cosmetologist and we also learn basic facial all movement are up toward forehead, when go down(light strokes).also my skin getting older so putting all the moisturizer in my eye area the next day i looked 100 years old . Rupal does an excellent job with waxing and threading. They offer henna and facials as well. I have been converted to threading from waxing, quick and painless. Also, my brows have never looked more perfect, threading helps with making them exactly the same where wax struggles. I had the most horrific experience at this place. Anyone who is thinking about going there, I would suggest please do your research and do not fall for all the positive reviews. Five weeks earlier i went to this place to get my eyebrows micro bladed. The women name Rupa, super unprofessional, she never asked me what i wanted and what my concerns were. She over plucked my eyebrows. she never mapped them out and after she was done my eyebrows were not only too thin the were uneven too. When i told her my concerns she said no they are completely fine and if I'm not happy come back after 5 weeks. I had to live with those horrible eyebrows for 5 weeks and today when i went back the only things I wanted her to do was to fix them. Today when i entered at elegant brows she looked at me and said "so you left a review that you are not happy" she asked me a question but she did not let me finish instead she made me feel bad that I should not say anything because she has another customer in the shop. My question is why would you ask me a question if you don't want me to answer, anyways i stayed quiet while she kept on and on about how it was all my fault and not hers. I said to her well it's my words against yours so let's just drop this, I'm here so you can fix my eyebrows. She was not willing to let go because apparently her only concern was my negative review. I told her thank you so much but I don't need your service because you don't know a single thing about customer service! Rupal was amazing! I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and my eyelashes tinted. She did a great job threading my brows to fit my face shape. She also worked with me to find the right tint for my brows, since I am a natural dirty blonde and I wear glasses, my eyebrows need to be darker to stand out. I am so glad she has opened here in Waxhaw! I will definitely be back! read more
