I setup a same day appointment online and hoped for the best. Magni brows is located within a secured Salon suite. I love that! We have the same concept at home and it keeps everyone safe. I buzzed the suite and was promptly let in and greeted. Vanna is so welcoming. She is kind and friendly and we had a great conversation while she did my brows to perfection. Her threading was so gentle. My skin was not tugged but the hairs were effectively removed. I wish she could do my brows everytime! But she definitely will anytime I'm in Charlotte! When I got ready to leave, she told me to take the polish off was $10 more. I told her you told me it was $35. She said it's on the menu to take the polish off is $10. There is no menu posted. She went behind the counter and picked up a menu that looks like something you go to a restaurant to get and she opened it up and pointed to the $10. I told her you did not tell me that it was gonna be $10 to take the polish off. I would not recommend this nail salon due to the fact that they are not honest in communicating their prices prior to services being rendered. This is the second time that I have visited this place and was not given an accurate price. I will not be visiting again.
