My husband is a diabetic. He called in request for refills 2 weeks ago and pharmacy hasn't received the approval from this office yet 1/5/26. He is out of medication, this is VERY dangerous. When he calls the office no one answers, EVER. Negligence at its highest. I don't care what their inside office issues are, patients cannot be neglected like this. His blood sugar levels are dangerously high. I did get a hold of Nora today, she processes insurance approvals in this office. I unloaded on her and told her I will be filing a complaint with the CA State Medical Board and that "Maria" in Dr Jacksons office needs to call our pharmacy TODAY to get those prescriptions filled. Was a long time patient, got a letter that they were moving to Jefferson st in Menifee close to Temecula to much traffic and humans so I replaced them with a new practitioner closer to home, it's disappointing to see them move but I'm not getting any younger and I'm also a caregiver. With there new Office people it was harder to renew my prescription can't explain why maybe it's for the best I move on? read more

WARNING: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a dr. Appointment for September 17th due to a car accident I was in on September 3rd. I attended my Dr appointment. Turned in my disability information I needed done by the Dr. Also, had prescription refills I needed for my nerve pain and fractured ribs. I waited 5 days and no prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. I called several times and left numerous messages with the Dr office. I kept getting the run around for ny prescriptions delay. And they still have not done my disability forms so that I get my disability claim going. It is now October 1st. I still haven't gotten all my prescriptions called in and I have 9 days left to claim my disability before it gets denied due to the dr not doing her part in filling out the form needed. I have never had a Doctor like Anita Jackson, whom is so incompetent in her practice. This Doctor should not be working any more if she can't help her patients properly and efficiently. This, by far is the WORST experience I have ever had with a medical staff and Dr office. Dr. Anita Jackson in lake elsinore and her office in temecula should be shut down permanently! Patients deserve better then excuse after excuse as to why they have not gotten there medications or papers filed. I've been a patient here for years, but the recent experience with a simple prescription refill has left me extremely disappointed. I left multiple messages with the office, and even my pharmacy contacted them, but no one followed through. When I finally reached someone, they admitted they had no record of my calls and tried to send me back to the same voicemail system that clearly wasn't being checked. I explained that I was going out of town and had been proactive, but the staff still pushed me in circles--telling me to speak with the nurse practitioner who wasn't available, transferring me to another office that couldn't help, and then finally saying Dr. Jackson (my actual doctor) would approve the prescription. Why wasn't she allowed to handle it from the start? To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with an office manager, I was told there wasn't one. The administrator's schedule is "unknown," so there was no clear point of accountability. After all this, I still never received a callback. It feels like the office is run more for insurance quotas and scheduling limits than for patient care. Last time I saw the doctor, she even told me she couldn't discuss a concern because "it wasn't on the schedule." That says it all. Patients aren't boxes to check off--we're people with real health needs. This was an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience for something that should have been simple. After many years as a loyal patient, I'm questioning whether this office has lost sight of what matters most: taking care of people. read more

This office will ignore your calls despite it being urgent. The doctor prescribed the incorrect dosage on the medication. I called them to advise them of the urgency of getting it corrected. Instead of calling the doctor they said they would place it on her desk to review. Being a diabetic without medication is life threatening. I've called several times and the call has been ignored. It should have been the first thing handled as soon as the doctor walked in. read more

So my wife goes to this doctor and I have gotten to experience how crappy they are especially when there are serious issues like lupus. If you can get ahold of the doctor "Anita c Jackson" your looking for answers and instead she doesn't even know what test she has set up for you she ends up asking you well what did I send you for. She doesn't have a sheet to look at for each patient it seems like! So the doctor has no communication and almost as if she doesn't know her job. To the next subject the office and manager itself the front desk lady is older she doesn't answer the phone and doesn't seem to care about her job and then when she does answer and puts you thro to shay. Shay is very rude she will talk over you and then when she has to give certain codes to other doctors like a neurologist she doesn't do it right EVERY TIME but then said the neurologist is the problem or your the problem when the doctors office is supposed to to give all the right codes. I will not recommend this place to anyone or even suggest it. They are playing with peoples lives it's not a joke there miscommunication and attitudes and mis information can get someone hurt or even killed. read more

Waited over a month to get in to see a nurse practitioner...not even the doctor whos name is on the building. I was only going to get a referral to an OB for my pregnancy because of Tricare. After my appointment I found out a week later that they put in my referral wrong. I then had to wait another two weeks to get a hold of the person who does referrals to fix it. I called twice a day and left voicemails for weeks before hearing back from her and the people at the front were zero help. I then had to wait an additional week for my referral to go through after her mess up. All in all, I waited over two months to see an OB for my pregnancy because of them.... read more

I can not begin to tell you that I am very sick who has seen many doctors. Dr. Jackson by far the best doctor I have ever come across to take care of me & especially her diabetic staff. She is adding years to my life. As great as she is, her medical assistant, staff have got to be the rudest people on earth. They think they do you a favor & are just downright disrespectful. They talk to me like I am a dummy. I have not seen my doctor in over 4 months I am scared to call make an appointment because of the virus they will make me feel dumb. They are ridiculously rude. I'm sorry but I gotta chance my primary doctor. There is something wrong with doctor Anita Jackson, I thought she was stoned or something, very creepy. Showed up 1 hour after my appointment, She didn't introduce herself, she didn't listen, she didn't let me finish explain and tried to walk out the door so I had to stop her few times telling her I wasn't finished. Found so many mistakes written on my file, I have asked her for a referral to podiatry, but that was like so many months ago, I asked three times, she still hasn't done her job. Please read all the horrible testimonials here. They're all pretty accurate. Dr. Jackson or should I just call her Jackson because she doesn't act like a Doctor. She doesn't know what test she supposed to do with her patient. They don't follow up with the test results. When you call them and ask for it, you gonna get an irritated answer. Not happy with the lack of communication from her office. Left 2 voicemails and no responses back. I think 48 hours is a reasonable response time but no response at all is poor patient service. When you require a RX refill and it can't be filled, simply let the patient know so that an appointment can be made and the RX can be filled. I have been Dr. Jackson's patient for a few years now, and I think that Dr. Jackson's approach toward handling the patient, Dr. treatment is fair, and completely honest! I have had four other Doctor's in my 30 years residing in the Temecula Valley Area,and have had Male and Female Doctors,and they all have the same approach to patient care . Dr. Jackson has handled my medical problems better than the 4 other Doctor's that I previously had. Referring me as needed and stepping up to meet my needs for post treatments and medicines if needed. I have woeked in a Medical environment for living for 27 years interfacing with many Doctor's and Nurses in the Los Angeles area, and Dr. Jackson meets all of the treatment needs and qualifies for my 5 Stars ! read more

I see my review of this place is gone. Long story short, I went there for pain in my lower abdomen. Two months treatment for an infected prostate didn't cure it. They refused a referral to a urologist! I had to contact my insurance to switch primary care physicians. The new pcp gave me the referral and shortly afterward a biopsy found CANCER. The people at the front desk were telling their medical 'advice' :( read more
