We haven't even seen the doctor yet, and already had issues with the front office. I wouldn't recommend based on my horrible experience with the front office. I scheduled my baby's first pediatric visit here. The office called at 10:05 AM asking me to come at 11:00 AM even though my appointment was for 1:30 PM because "the doctor had to leave early." I couldn't make the earlier time and asked to reschedule for after noon on Thursday or Friday (my availability). The staff member audibly huffed, put me on hold, and pushed me to see a nurse practitioner instead. I explained this was my baby's first visit and I wanted to meet the pediatrician. This was also the second time I've been canceled/rescheduled at the last minute. The tone on the call made me feel unimportant before we've even met the doctor. I'm now changing my PCP. I understand schedules change, but parents need advance notice, respectful communication, and options that fit our availability. I hope the office reviews its scheduling and customer service practices. read more

My second daughter was assigned to this office after she was born so I took her in and had intentions of switching her to my older daughters primary dr. But I am glad I didn't. I would give 0 stars if i could. this doctor has no tact at all and used the words "obese" and "starvation" in front of my 8 year old pertaining to him. a conversation that could've and should have been had in private is now a child crying and falling apart because they think they're fat, won't eat dinner because they think they're fat and need to starve. do not take your babies here. read more

I have brought my daughters here since they were newborns. Almost 3 years and I have never had a problem with any staff or the doctor. Everyone is very polite and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. As a first time mom I was probably in the office at least 2-3x a month with all my concerns and the doctor and staff always answered my questions and never brushed off any of my concerns. Today my wife and son and I came here to get my son a shot for his school and we didn't make it past Noami at the front desk. We spent 30 minutes listening to her speak down to us with the most terrible attitude. I don't know if she was just having a bad day and needed someone to take it out on but we tried to give her all the documents she needed and gave her everything she asked for and we were still met with her just creating problems, I think she just didn't like us because she was super rude in everything she said and was actually mean. She finally gave us a large amount deductible which we never have had to pay before and just said sorry this is the amount and tried shaming us because we were asking about the price. Eventually after being spoken to like this for 30 minutes and getting nowhere we finally realized we just needed to leave. We walked out with eyes wide open looking at each other like omg what was that? We are going to write a review for sure. Dr. Fayad is an amazing pediatrician, as well as the nurse. They take their time answering any questions I have. I'm a first time mom and the last dr. I seen made me feel stupid and like I can't ask her any questions. We always feel so welcome and they remember my son Ashton. They get you in and out and get you an appointment ASAP. Another amazing quality they provide is they make sure everything is completely accurate with temperature, height, weight and they even checked my son oxygen levels which his last dr. Never did! We've been to a couple of doctors since moving from Orange County and have been looking for a good fit. We've encountered nurses who seem too irritated to work in pediatrics and doctors who also seem disconnected with the kids. Well, not here! Firstly, the medical assistant is very kind and friendly. She's the first person you see and that interacts with the kids and my girls enjoyed her. Secondly, Dr Fayad was patient and caring with my kids. When I expressed concern with an issue he didn't brush me off and dismiss my concerns, but rather explained what we can continue to do to monitor the concern. Thirdly, I was hesitant with seeing a male doctor as my girls have only had a female PCP and another male doctor we tried didn't connect well with my girls. However, my girls liked Dr Fayad and they felt safe and comfortable (and I did too!), which is extremely important in my book. We first visited Dr. Fayad about 2 years ago and had such a great experience that we still see him. I currently had my third and he followed me after delivery to perform my newborn assessment. The staff have always been nice and professional with my family and would strongly recommend. Recently resigned from my work so my insurance through them which was kaiser stopped and my kids now have medical temporarily. I've been with kaiser so long it was kind of intimidating going elsewhere. I live in Perris and there is one pediatric out here but the reviews weren't so great. I found this place through yelp and I'm glad I did. Everyone was nice nurses & dr. I was new and had an appointment for my son and daughter they both got shots and the nurse I'll have to find out what her name was made them feel as comfortable as she could with getting shots. My sister referred me to Dr. Fayad . My oldest son was on Kaiser but my baby was born outside of a hospital so I had to pay out of pocket . We took my baby here since insurance for him wasn't an option. He is amazing. Makes sure to listen to ANY AND ALL concerns . After a couple months of having my baby go to him I then switched my son. Only one Dr and nurse work here.. makes it better as they get to you know you and your medical history. My son loves the nurse, she's helpful and always calls to make sure your insurance covers what you need, if they don't cover something she calls to inform you ahead of time to be aware. Dr is nice and quick to see his patients. My son loves that they have a play area with small chairs. They also have coupons for medicine and diaper creams at the front desk. Every room is a different animal theme. We've only been here twice but so far we don't have any complains. read more
