I initially saw Dr. Lantz at the Anderson location and then requested my shots at their Clemson location to be more convenient for me on a regular basis going forward. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with many things about this practice compared to the care I was used to in Charlotte and will be transferring my serum to another practice where I feel things are run much more professionally and efficiently. First off, I find the offices and buildings they are located in to be quite rundown and in desperate need of updating, renovating, redecorating, paint, etc inside and out which I feel just leaves a new patient immediately with a feeling of overall lack of care and cleanliness for their medical practice and image as a trusted medical facility. Secondly, the Clemson office need to provide more staff and more days and convenience for patients to get their allergy shots! With the amount of people moving in and living in this area now, they should have their own office ( not be sharing their office with another practice for sure!!) and multiple nurses regularly giving allergy shots and support! Just trying to make appointments to get allergy shots needs to be made months in advance to try to even get the time you might want! I find this archaic and very frustrating! Recently, I requested an earlier time than my appointed time of 3 pm that day because I needed to leave town quickly for an urgent family matter. They said No Problem so I went to office and sat waiting for over a half hour ( then of course they make you wait 20 minutes after the shot also to see I'd you have a reaction and then you have to be checked a second time) and you have to wait a second time. I thought they understood my urgency to get in and out but obviously not. Plus the one poor nurse giving shots had to come out to waiting room and apologize to patients for the wait because they were understaffed or something. Consequently, I just got up and left without a shot and will have the huge inconvenience of having to reduce my maintenance dose and have to add 3-4 additional shot appointments within a week to get back up to maintenance dose level! I CANNOT tolerate this type insufficient care, concern and low level of service in a medical practice. I think the doctors who run this practice need to take a hard look at all aspects of the poor levels of care and running a professional business very soon!

The…read morereceptionist and nurses laughed both in her face and behind it & told her that she had a simple hangover and to go home and sleep it off. Thankfully, she didn't listen and asked someone to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital. The doctors at the hospital quickly discovered that she had alcohol POISONING and gave her 5 liters of fluid. They were close to admitting her and recommended that she file a complaint against AnMed Health. To those nurses at AnMed: it IS possible for someone to be conscious and have alcohol poisoning. You should not be working in healthcare if you find yourself making moral judgements on the patients who are there to receive your help. Besides being medically incompetent, the nurses (and EMTs) were insanely unprofessional. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful new facility in Clemson has already been tainted with poor reviews due to its lack of quality staff members. I'm sure that there are a few kind receptionists and nurses that work at this facility; however, there needs to be a massive overhaul. This is just one of several bad experiences that I have personally had and heard about. Your receptionists and nurses need name tags for accountability purposes. There are plenty of promising nursing students at Clemson that I'm sure would happily replace the ones that need to go.

I was so impressed with Jake that my wife made an appointment with His wife Marylouise who is also an amazing chiropractor of 40 years and she was able to adjust my wife who suffers form Vertigo very sever for over 20 years and has titanium plates in her neck and spine issues. She has been told to so many years never let anybody adjust your neck or back which has kept her in the terrible situation for so many years. Marylouise is a sweet and funny kind person that made her feel comfortable and said i can help you with your vertigo and back pain and after a few adjustments she was right my wife had for the first time in 20 years has found relief form her vertigo. She would also highly let others know that she is here to help and just the nicest person. Very caring too. She is great, Inge and Jon.

They will tell you that they can take you as a patient and…read morethat they're calling your *absolutely needed* medication, only to continuously call for 2 weeks and find out that they, in fact, never called the prescriptions in and sent you a certified letter in the mail simply stating that they refuse to take me as a patient now, with no explanation. And when they're not doing that, they will continuously push you off on the urgent care in Pelzer (who is a FANTASTIC doctor) because they don't want to spend the money running test to find out what is actually wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER!!!!
