He sent another guy out to check out my system. Fast forward to this summer & I was having a tough time reaching him. I needed new ductwork & I needed the system reinstalled cause it was no longer level. I was in the process of getting estimates when I mentioned Garland air. Well I was talking to a tech when Seth starts texting me. He was on my phone... guess I had accidentally called him. He asked to come out & give me an estimate. I said ok. A few hours later his son showed up who was also very polite. Zeke & Connor crawled under the house & took pics & videos. This was a few days before Christmas. Seth showed up & reviewed everything then gave us an offer. We agreed & he was here at 9am the next morning. They worked all day & night & made sure everything was working great. The next day my husband crawled under the house (old house) to see how it looked. He said it looked very professional. The ducts were tied up off the ground (unlike previous installs) the huge system was completely clean & level. The only thing we had to wait for was the steel cover. The cover finally came in & Seth came to install it today. I was in a meeting so I missed him but he still did a great job. I wanted to update my review because I have had so many terrible AC companies out here. Most of them are unreliable & don't do such great work. The companies that are generally reliable are quite expensive. Garland Air does great work at reasonable prices. I am so glad I accidentally called him that day. I will forever recommend Garland Air. They aren't afraid to get dirty to finish the job. I had at least 5 others out here that gave me estimates for new ductwork yet they never actually looked at the ductwork. They even stayed until 10pm to make sure it was all perfect prior to leaving my house. If you're in need of a new AC company... I highly recommend Garland Air. Thanks again guys! Happy new year!

I was introduced to Seth a couple years ago and have used Garland for several repairs and maintenance needs. Yesterday, Seth and team evaluated replacing my AC units damaged from a hurricane. Seth recommended repairing the units, at a fraction of the replacement cost. He did the work right then and worked well into the night to finish the job. He was once again very quick to respond, very honest in his evaluation/recommendation, very fair in price and went way above and beyond to get the job done! I literally had to drive to Hudson, to get their attention and I live in Hernando, which is an over an hour away, tell them who I was and requested the manager, George the owner was not available. George did come to my house a few days later and offered me a gift card for my inconvenience. you would take care of gave me his word as quoted. I thought we were in good standing. on November the ninth we had issues again. We had no heat when I called the girls like you live in Florida? Most people don't need heat and I said I paid for a heat pump unit, November 11 they came out with the heat strip, I guess it's calledthat was never installed , when I questioned why they said it was on nobody ever said anything about it? I then questioned as to when the repairs were gonna be done on the hall. I was to then informed that George was not going to do the work that he had promised us unless I took the review now that I mentioned earlier. I did ask if that was a threat, told no it was a fact. I just wanted this done so I took the review down as requested called him back told him I did so and never heard another word even after several phone calls. Then I requested them to come out and do their inspection it's been a year. The guy did nothing as far as the unit. He drain out the hose for the downspout which we had just done a couple days prior to him showing ... then on the Fourth of July the unit went out. I called them. No answer left messages no response and that was the a.m. of the Fourth of July, it was 95° inside my house. We set up a small unit and I had to call another company, to do their job and pay another company $444 to service their air-conditioning unit. and they would not return calls, they will not answer their phone on their weekends or after hours I would not recommend them to nobody.
